Construction at Cheney's newly named Westwood Middle School on Abbott Road is a month ahead of schedule according to site manager Jake Hodge with contractor Garco Construction. Hodge said the building exterior is mostly complete and the contractor and sub-contractors will spend the rest of the winter working on interiors of the building.
