Tacoma's Carol and Frank Blair have faced something no parent ever should face – having to bury one of their own children.
The Blair's daughter Serena was killed Feb. 26, 2010 in Everett when an SUV crossed into her lane and struck her vehicle head on, making her one of 188 people killed in Washington by drunk drivers that year. The SUV's driver had a blood-alcohol level almost three times the legal limit, and since then the Blairs have made it their mission to help reduce the carnage caused by drunk drivers.
