Police Reports: 9/6 to 9/12

CHENEY
Sept. 6

James R. Hall, 42 was arrested on the 2200 block of First Street for violation of a no-contact order.
A 15-year-old male juvenile runaway was reported on the 100 block of Whispering Oak Lane. The subject returned home.
Sept. 7
A vehicle was broken in to on the 700 block of Villard Street. A GPS and other items were taken.
A vehicle prowl was reported on the 800 block of Villard Street. The vehicle was broken into, but  nothing was taken.
A skateboard was taken on the 200 block of Gregory Drive.
Timi A. Williams-Carr, 27, was arrested on the 200 block of G Street for a Spokane theft warrant.
A suspicious circumstance was reported on the 800 block of Villard Street — possible drug use.
Sept. 8
Indecent liberties were reported on the 400 block of North Sixth Street. The case was pending investigation.
A person jogging ran into a moving vehicle at an intersection on the 100 block of North Fifth Street. No injuries were reported.
Sept. 9
Forgery was reported on the 1400 block of First Street, Spokane County was first reported then it was turned over to Cheney Police Department. It is being investigated.
Sept. 10
Eric G. Arnst, 48, was arrested on the 900 block of First Street for violating a no-contact order.
A 17-year-old male was arrested on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road for driving while license suspended (DWLS).
A 16-year-old female was arrested for shoplifting on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road.
Illegal dumping was reported on the 1200 block of West First Street.
Child abuse — neglect — was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane. It is being investigated.
Sept. 11
Kyle A. Bacon, 20, and Jake E. Young, 21,were arrested for throwing bags of soil off storage pallets on the 1700 block of Second Street. Bacon was also arrested for minor in possession of alcohol.
Sprinklers were taken from the 1000 block of Second Street.
Money was taken from the zero hundred block of North Ninth Street.
An unattended hit and run was reported on the 1700 block of Second Street.
Marty G. Grady, 40, was arrested on the zero hundred block of North Third Street for assault.
Domestic violence — verbal only — was reported on the 1100 block of First Street.
A hit and run occurred in the parking lot of the 700 block of Second Street.
Sept. 12
A possible drug violation was reported on the 2400 block of University Lane. Police are  investigating allegations of drug use.
A possible assault was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.

MEDICAL LAKE
Sept. 6

A male complainant reported a maroon Chevy pickup was driving through Pioneer Park, on the corner of East Barker Street and North Hallett Street. He said that there was damage to the grass. Kevin J. Kinsella, 46, received an infraction from a deputy on duty.
Sept. 7
A fire was reported in the woods near the 500 block of South Silver Lake Avenue.
Police performed a traffic stop on a 2001 Subaru Forrester on Highway 902 East and North Graham Road. Eric K. Loy, 49, received an infraction for driving 41 mph in a 30 mph zone, for having no valid driver's license on his person, for expired vehicle license plants and for third-degree DWLS.
Sept. 8
A female complainant on the 1100 block of North William Street reported that some of her checks were missing, and that five of them had been used. A report was filed with Crime Check.
Police stopped a 1990 Ford Escape on Highway 902 East and North Lefevre Street. Bridget C. Eminger, 40, received an infraction for a defective headlight, expired vehicle license over two months and third-degree DWLS.
Sept. 9
A female complainant reported a fire on the 1000 block of East Campbell Street.
Sept. 11
An alleged suicide attempt was cleared on the 700 block of East Fellows Street.
A missing child was reported on the 600 block of East Lake Street. The male child had been missing for nearly two and a half hours. Police later received a call that a family member had found the child.  

AIRWAY HEIGHTS
Sept. 7

An adult female was arrested on a warrant for second-degree theft on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
An adult male was arrested for domestic violence — no contact order violation — and making false or misleading statements to a public servant on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Officers took a report of vehicle prowl on the 1900 block of South Hayford Road.
Sept. 8
An adult male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on 8th Avenue and Horton Street.
An adult male was arrested for possession of a dangerous weapon on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Officers took a report of a domestic dispute on the 600 block of South King Street.
An adult female was arrested for fourth-degree assault — domestic violence — on the 500 block of South Solar Street.
An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS on 8th Avenue and Beeman Street.
An adult male was arrested for felony violation of a no-contact order on the 19000 block of West Sprague Avenue.
An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS on Highway 2 and Lundstrom Street.
Sept. 9
An adult male was arrested on a warrant for fourth-degree assault on Lawson Street and 9th Avenue.
An adult male was arrested for fourth-degree assault on the 200 block of South Hayford Road.
Sept. 10
An adult female was arrested for fourth-degree assault — domestic violence — on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Sept. 12
An adult male was arrested for fourth-degree assault — domestic violence — on the 1800 block of South Pogue Street.
An adult male was arrested for obstructing a public servant on the 12000 block of South Lawson Street.
