July 12
A plastic bed liner was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 200 block of Walker Drive.
Spencer D. Sullivan, 30, was arrested on the 2300 block of University Lane for domestic violence-related assault and interfering with reporting domestic violence.
July 13
A 14-year-old Spokane female runaway was taken into custody on the 400 of North Fifth Street.

Howard M. Crawford, 41, was arrested for shoplifting at Cheney Trading Company.
The unauthorized use of a bankcard was reported on the 1200 block of First Street.

Domestic violence — verbal only — was reported on the 1200 block of First Street.
A knife was turned over to police for safekeeping on the 100 block of Whispering Oak Lane.

A vicious animal was reported on the 2200 of First Street after two dogs got into a fight. The incident was referred to Animal Control.

A suicide attempt was reported on the 700 block of West First Street — subject was voluntarily transported to the hospital.
A vehicle window was broken on the 300 block of Fourth Street.

June 12
Police stopped a 1995 Ford F150 truck on East Fellows Street and North Stanley Street. The driver was cited for second-degree driving while license suspended and released.
June 13
Police stopped a 1994 Ford Mustang Coupe on West 4th Street and North Lefevre Street. Two male names were checked, and officers gave the driver, a minor, a warning for failure to dim headlights. He was cited for driving while his license still had restrictions.
June 15
A female complainant on Interstate 90 said that a dark truck had been weaving around in its lane for the past 30 minutes. The truck, a 2004 Ford F150, traveling eastbound, was speeding and swerving. The female then reported that the truck had flipped. Injuries were unknown at the time and the fire department was advised.
Officers performed a traffic stop on West Highway 902 and South Welcome Road. The male driver of the 1990 Cadillac DeVille was arrested for third-degree DWLS.
June 16
The driver of a 1987 Toyota Supra received an infraction for failure to carry proof of insurance. He was also given a warning on his speed. Police stopped the vehicle on West Highway 2 and South Spotted Road.
June 17
Police performed a traffic stop on the 9800 block of West Trails Road. The male driver of a 1985 Honda Accord received a ticket for third-degree DWLS. He was cited and released.
Theft was reported on the 200 block of West 4th Street. A female complainant reported that her Samsung cellphone was taken from her purse.
A female complainant reported domestic violence on the 800 block of East Barker Street. An argument with her husband, who had been drinking, resulted in thrown CDs and DVDs. No weapons were involved. Police arrested Edwin David Horney, 53, on fourth-degree assault — domestic violence.

An adult male was arrested for possession of marijuana (less than 40 grams) on the 1900 block of South Garfield Road.
