June 14
Gasoline was stolen on the 2700 block of North Sixth Street.
A 16-year-old was arrested at Cheney High School for possession of marijuana.
A suspicious circumstance was reported at Cheney Middle School. Officers conducted a welfare checked on a child who came to school without shoes. Possible neglect was investigated and cleared.
June 15
An iPod was taken from Cheney High School.
An iPod and a digital camera were taken from Cheney High School.
Assault was reported at Cheney Middle School- the incident was handled within the school.
Train tickets were reported lost on the 500 block of Dubois Street.
Car keys were found on the 1500 block of West First Street.
Michelle R. Obrien, 23, was arrested for a Spokane County theft warrant on the 100 block of G Street.
June 16
A 13-year-old female was arrested in Spokane after she was reported as a runaway on the 200 block of West Second Street.
Police assisted Kent Police Department with an identity theft investigation after a Cheney resident reported a Kent suspect had stolen their identity.
Kimberly A. Zoesch, 29, was arrested on the 1000 block of First Street for driving while license suspended and failing to identify herself to a police officer at the traffic stop.
Cash was reported stolen on the 2200 block of North Sixth Street.
A suicidal subject on the 100 block of Seventh Street was involuntarily committed to the hospital.
June 17
Anthony J. Sells, 19, was arrested for shoplifting at Ben Franklin.
A bicycle was found on the 700 block of Third Street.
An iPod was taken from a vehicle on the 2800 block of Al Ogdon Way.
Graffiti was reported at Ben Franklin.
June 18
A bicycle was taken from the 1600 block of Third Street.
A two-vehicle non-injury collision occurred on the 1700 block of Second Street.
June 19
Residential burglary was reported on the 3300 of Thistle Creek Lane- two televisions were taken.
Harassment — verbal only — was reported on the 100 block of Holliday Drive.
A United States flag was taken from the 500 block of Simpson Parkway.
EASTERN WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY
June 14
Theft was reported at the Phase building. The report said that keys had been taken to the building. Of the key ring turned in at the end of the year, one was missing. The building's locks were updated.
June 16
A person with medical-related issues was transported to the hospital. University police assisted Cheney with the call on the 100 block of Seventh Street.
Officers assisted Cheney Police with a possible domestic violence in progress on the 100 block of Holliday Drive. It was discovered that it was only someone yelling on the phone. A harassment complaint was taken.
June 19
Officers assisted Cheney police with a reported burglary at 3300 block of Thistle Creek Lane. Police checked the residence and lifted fingerprints.
June 20
A university police officer observed a dump truck driver parked in lot 18. The driver attempted to fix a gasoline leak on his truck. The officer contacted the fire department.
MEDICAL LAKE
June 14
Police responded to an accident report at Medical Lake High School. There were no injuries at the scene, but police wrote a collision report. One driver was cited with failure to yield to a pedestrian at a crosswalk.
Attempted suicide was reported on the 300 block of East Lake Street. According to police reports, the complainant had received a message from a male friend stating he was going to kill himself. The complainant said that the suicidal male has cancer and has recently been depressed. No weapons were in the house, according to the complainant. Police had difficulty locating the male's house, but found that he had moved a week earlier and left no forwarding address.
Police performed a traffic stop at South Keene Lane and East Lake Street. A male driver in a Chevy pickup received an infraction.
A traffic stop was performed on State Route 902 near North Stanley Road. Police checked the name of a male in a 1993 Toyota Camry. He was counseled and released.
June 16
Police responded to a report of malicious mischief on the 300 block of East Frederick Avenue. They arrived and found a vehicle's right front tire was slashed. Repair costs were estimated to be $250. There are no suspects at this time.
A traffic stop was performed on East Lake Street and North Sherman Avenue. Initially stopped for inoperative trailer lights, police checked the car that was pulling a boat trailer, and checked the boat to make sure it wasn't stolen. The driver was written an infraction for the trailer lights and for failure to show proof of insurance.
Police investigated a report of fraud on the 800 block of West Maple Street.
June 17
Domestic violence was reported on the 1000 block of East Ladd Street by a female complainant. The caller said that her 40-year-old husband and son were pushing each other. According to police reports, the husband was intoxicated. Police arrived and found four children at the location, and took an informational report.
June 18
Police performed a traffic stop outside Waterfront Park on Lefevre Street. A vehicle belonging to Spokane Transit Authority was stopped, and police checked the driver's name. Police wrote a speeding infraction for the driver, who was driving 39 mph in a 25 mph zone.
June 19
Theft was reported by a male complainant on the 300 block of East Beverly Avenue. A witness at the scene was contacted, but yielded no suspects. Items taken were stored on the open bed of a trailer, inside nylon cargo pockets. Items taken were for hunting and camping. These included: a bushwhacker survival knife, pocket knife, turkey calls and fire starter items. Police took a report at the scene.
Domestic violence was reported on the 300 block of North Jefferson Street. A female complainant said that she had been hit and choked by her 17-year-old brother. The 6-foot-5-inch tall man left the residence on foot and headed toward the lake. He was arrested for fourth-degree assault and placed in juvenile detention.
A traffic stop was performed by police on State Route 902 near North Lefevre Street. A male driving a 1998 Chrysler New Yorker was stopped. Police counseled him on failure to dim the vehicle's headlights.

June 15
An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS on Highway 2 and Hayford Road.
Officers took a report of a mental subject on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
An adult male was arrested for third-degree theft for shoplifting on the 12000 block of West 14th Avenue.
An adult male was arrested for a civil warrant on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
An adult male was arrested for harassment on the 1400 block of South Albert Street.
June 16
Officers took a report of a traffic accident with damages on Highway 2.
An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS on Highway 2 and Ziegler Street.
June 17
Officers took a report of a missing person on the 12000 block of West Frank Street.
June 18
An adult female was arrested for DWLS. The license was revoked in the third-degree offense on Sprague Avenue and Hayford Road.
An adult female was arrested for a warrant for third-degree DWLS on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS on Highway 2 and King Street.
June 19
Officers took a report of third-degree malicious mischief on the 1400 block of South Albert Street.
June 20
Officers took a report of second-degree theft on the 2500 block of South Hayden Street.
An adult male was arrested on a warrant for reckless driving/failure to comply with court on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Officers took a report of harassment at Sunset Park.
