Raceway ribbon cutting

Members of the Spokane Board of County Commissioners, Todd Mielke (left), chairman Al French (center) and Mark Richard (right) conduct the ceremonial ribbon cutting last Thursday afternoon at the grand opening on the newly-aligned road course at Spokane County Raceway. The track hosted a weekend long historic road racing event presented by the Society of Vintage Auto Racing Enthusiasts (SOVREN).
