A 14-year-old male was arrested for assault at Cheney Middle School.
Julio S. Rodriguez-Guillen, 24, was arrested on the 2700 block of First Street for driving while license suspended.
A three-vehicle non-injury collision occurred on the 1100 block of First Street.
Feb. 1
Cody E. Guilliams, 22, was arrested on the 1000 block of First Street for domestic violence-related assault and a no-bail warrant from the Department of Corrections for felony escape.
Feb. 2
A revolver that was stolen from the Spokane County Sheriff's Department in 1999 was recovered on the 1100 block of First Street.
A vehicle stolen from Spokane was recovered on the zero hundred block of West Second Street.
Feb. 3
Michael R. Marks, 35, was arrested on the 300 block of West Second Street for DWLS.
Tires were flattened on two vehicles on the 200 block of West Second Street.
Jacob A. Walker, 18, was arrested for intimidation and threats to bomb the high school.
A wallet was found on the 300 block of Betz Road.
A 16-year-old male was arrested for possession with the intent to deliver prescription medication at CHS.
An mp3 player was stolen from Cheney High School.
A wallet was found on Rock Lake Road.
A purple bicycle was found on the 400 block of Lincoln Street.
A mental subject was voluntary committed to the hospital.
Feb. 4
Damage to an electric meter occurred on the 300 block of Vine Street.
Cheney police assisted Washington State Patrol, initiating a 4-mile pursuit on I-90 at milepost 272, arresting one for driving under the influence of alcohol. The officers were driving back to Cheney following a training when they initiated the pursuit and made the arrest.
A black bike was found on the 2800 block of Washington Street.
Feb. 5
Lori J. Williams, 47, was arrested on the 2300 block of University Lane for introducing contraband to a detention facility.
An assault occurred on the 100 block of Nolan Brown Place. The incident was sent to attorney for review.
Brandan L. Walker, 20, was arrested for harassment on the 300 block of Fourth Street.
Sameul C. Bedford, 29, was arrested on the 1000 block of First Street for DWLS.
A two-vehicle non-injury hit and run occurred on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Feb. 6
Domestic violence was reported on the 200 block of Cheney-Spangle Road—verbal only.
Domestic violence was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane—verbal only.
A vehicle was dented and egged on the 300 block of G Street.
A two-vehicle non-injury collision occurred on the 1000 block of Second Street.
EASTERN WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY
Feb. 1
University police investigated a report of fraud. A student in Dryden Hall reported that her card number had been taken and charges had been made on her Chase Bank card at various locations in the United States. The student has filed a report with her bank.
University police responded to a non-injury accident in the Streeter Hall parking lot. A student had backed out and struck another vehicle, causing minor damage.
Feb. 2
University police assisted Cheney police officers with a possible suicidal subject near the Zip's restaurant downtown.
Feb. 3
University police responded to a possible drug violation in Pearce Hall. Two male students were found smoking pot and cited for possession of marijuana under 40 grams. Alcohol was also involved but no charges were filed. Both students were cited and referred to Students Rights and Responsibilities (SRR).
Feb. 5
University police responded to a report of a possible liquor violation at Pearce Hall. A male student was cited and referred to SRR.
University police responded to a report of possible child abuse at the University Recreation Center. A mother was reported hitting her daughter. Information was forwarded to Child Protective Services.
University police assisted Cheney police officers with a warrant arrest on the 300 block of Fourth Street. A woman was arrested by Cheney PD and transported to jail.
A university police officer observed a male student walking and carrying an open alcohol container – bottle of Jack Daniels – along the south side of the 1000 block of Elm Street near the University Recreation Center. A criminal citation was issued, the subject was released and the report was forwarded to SRR.
Feb. 6
University police responded to a possible liquor violation at Dressler Hall. An intoxicated female female was cited and referred to SRR.

University police responded to a theft report at Showalter Hall. A university employee believed he had lost his wallet in the building's parking lot. He contacted his bank and found unauthorized charges had been made. Under investigation.
University police assisted Cheney officers with a domestic violence report at the Grove Apartments on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. Incident was verbal only.
Feb. 7
University police took a report of a possible theft. A student reported their Eagle Flex Card was missing. Under investigation.

Feb. 2
An adult male was arrested for first-degree criminal trespassing on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Officers took a report of third-degree theft, shoplifting, on the 11000 block of West Highway 2.
An adult male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS on Highway 2 and Craig Road.
Michelle L. Guthrie was arrested for a felony warrant for violation of her probation on fraud charges on the 1800 block of South Mintle Street

An adult male was arrested for violating a domestic violence no contact order on McFarland Road and Hayford Road.
An officer took a report of a bomb threat on the 1300 block of South Lundstrom Street.

An adult female was arrested on a DOC warrant on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS on the 3000 block of South Crestline Street.
An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS on Highway 2 and Garfield Road.
Officers took a report of third-degree malicious mischief on the 1200 block of South West Street and the 13000 block of West 12th Avenue.
Officers assisted another agency on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
An adult female was arrested for making false or misleading statements to a public servant on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.

Officers took a report of lost property on the 11000 block of West Highway 2 and on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
MEDICAL LAKE
Feb. 2
A 17-year-old male was arrested for third-degree theft, trafficking in stolen property and for making false statements on the 600 block of North Prentis Street.
Police responded to a report of a suicidal subject on the 3800 block of South Geiger Boulevard. A 31-year-old male was transported to the hospital for a psychological evaluation.
Feb. 3
Officers took an assault report on the 500 block of East Campbell Street. A man reported being assaulted at a local bar two weeks prior but did not want to press charges.
Feb. 4
Police responded to the 21000 block of South Mill Road where a woman reported her husband was cutting himself and making threats. He was taken into custody and transported to the hospital.
Theft was reported on the 400 block of South Legg Street. The complainant said he found a hard drive and DVDs missing after inviting people into his home who he had met in a bar the previous evening.
An officer responded to Medical Lake Middle School where a plastic baggie containing marijuana had been found at the school's main entrance. The drugs were filed for destruction.
The theft of two wicker chairs was reported from the front porch of a residence on the 400 block of South Legg Street.
Feb. 5
A GPS unit and a cell phone mount were reported stolen from a vehicle parked on the 400 block of East SR 902.
Feb. 6
Police arrested a 20-year-old male for DUI at 6th Avenue and Spokane Street.
A Medical Lake officer assisted Airway Heights Police with a call for trouble unknown on the 700 block of South King Street.
