An individual was involuntary committed following a report from the 600 block of Elm Street.
Kami M. Lind, 20, was arrested for shoplifting at the Ben Franklin store.
Identification and a computer were stolen from a vehicle on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway.

Amy J. Williams, 25, and Scott A. Mitzimberg, 26, were both arrested for possession of illegal fireworks on the 1300 block of Third Street.
Jeremy R. Chaten, 21, was arrested on the 2700 block of First Street for theft and financial fraud.
Six tires on two vehicles were flattened on the 200 block of West Third Street.
A 17-year-old male was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol, making false/misleading statements and resisting arrest on the zero hundred block of West Third Street.
Josef I. Cole, 20, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Erie Street for minor in possession of alcohol and obstructing an officer.

David G. Rawson, 21, was arrested for domestic violence-related assault and malicious mischief on the 400 block of First Street.
Residential burglary was reported on the 1600 block of Fourth Street.
A propane tank was taken from the 400 block of North Second Street.
Rachel M. Massingale, 20, was arrested on the 300 block of Erie Street for minor in possession of alcohol.
Tires were taken from outside of a garage on the 200 block of North Fourth Street.
Lester V. Priest, 23, was arrested on the 2200 block of First Street for driving while license suspended.
Jordan M. Biltoft, 22, was arrested on the 200 block of Pine Street for failing to cooperate with a nuisance investigation and was cited for a loud party.

Jan. 25
Police arrested Aaron Walter Strom, 19, on the 10400 block of West Westbow Road on an outstanding warrant for DWLS and possession of a dangerous weapon.
Police responded to a report of burglary on the 300 block of South Walker Street. The complainant reported numerous electronic items stolen, but later said they knew who had taken the items and would not press charges.
John M. Miller, 32, was arrested at East Barker Street and North Hallett Street on an outstanding warrant for third-degree DWLS.
Jan. 26
Anthony J. Casados, 23, was arrested at East Angie Avenue and North Fox Ridge Road on an outstanding warrant for reckless driving and possession of marijuana.
Jan. 27
Police responded to reports of a disorderly subject at Hallett Elementary. A 12 year old boy was throwing items in the office and officers had to restrain him.
An employee at Eastern State Hospital reported money stolen out of her purse which was left unsecured at her workplace.

Threats made via telephone were reported on the 500 block of East Campbell Street.
Jan. 29
Police responded to a report of domestic violence on the 3800 block of South Geiger Boulevard and arrested Christopher Edlin, 27, on misdemeanor warrants, fourth degree assault and for resisting arrest.
Jan. 30
Police caught four juvenile males trespassing at the sewage treatment plant. The boys were told to stay out.
Officers responded to reports of a burglary on the 400 block of South Jefferson Street. A resident there said multiple bottles of prescription medications had been stolen.
A single vehicle hit and run accident was reported on the 10900 block of North Ritchey Road.
Jan. 31
Officers responded to the 200 block of East Barker Street to take a report of rape. The parents of a juvenile female reported that the girl was sexually assulted by her juvenile boyfriend in December. Police are investigating the matter.
Domestive violence was reported on the 500 block of East Campbell Street.
