Storm FC donates to Food Bank

The Cheney Storm FC (Futbol Club), which is the local soccer organization, donated $500 to the Cheney Food Bank on Dec. 22. The money was raised through the 3-on-3 KREM 2/Les Schwab Soccer Shootout the Storm put on in the summer. Money from the tournament was also used to buy equipment for the teams and scholarships with some money allocated towards giving back to the community. Those funds went to the Cheney Food Bank.
