Olena Hoppe, 9, wasn't able to come to the post office but swung by the Cheney Free Press later. Forty-two area kids entered the contest, more than last year. Winners received a Christmas stocking full of goodies, and Hoppe said she was going to give her's to her brother, who entered but didn't win.
