Jonathan M. Kiner, 38, was arrested for assault on the 700 block of West First Street.
Corey J. Cannon, 51, was arrested for driving while license suspended on the 1500 block of Fourth Street.
Domestic violence was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street—verbal only.
A missing person reported on the 1600 block of Second Street returned home.
Dec. 21
Malicious mischief was reported on the 100 block of Betz Road. The passenger side of a vehicle appeared to have been kicked and was dented; the vehicle's owner said it happened three weeks ago but he reported it after talking to their insurance company.
A hit and run occurred on the 2200 block of First Street. The driver was identified and admitted to hitting a vehicle, but said they stopped and didn't see damage, so didn't leave contact information. A witness confirmed the story and the incident was turned over to the owners' insurance companies.
A boy's bicycle painted with a camouflage print was found on the 2700 block of North Sixth Street.
A vehicle was stolen and later recovered on the 100 block of Nolan Brown Place.
Dec. 22
An iPod was stolen from a vehicle on the 500 block of West First Street.
Darin A. Simmons Jr., 25, was arrested for DWLS and possession of marijuana on the 300 block of J Street.
Dec. 23
Jackie R. Muellner, 30, was arrested on a Cheney Municipal Court warrant for driving under the influence on the 600 block of Second Street.
Sultan Saleh A. Alhudaithi, 28, was arrested for indecent liberties on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Jeffrey D. Miller, 21, was arrested for a felony harrasment warrant from the Spokane Police Department on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road.

An iPod was stolen on the 2300 block of University Lane.
Residential burglary was reported on the 500 block of Scenic Heights. Power tools were stolen.
Britt L. Lachance, 18, was arrested for DUI on the 300 block of First Street.
Dec. 25
Traci D. Weasa, 40, was arrested on Spokane County warrants for DUI, domestic violence-related malicious mischief and DWLS on the 900 block of First Street.
Dec. 26
Harassment was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane. The incident was under investigation.
Residential burglary was reported on the 500 block of Salnave Road. A television and other items were stolen.
Goerge R. Johnson, 21, was arrested on two warrants—DOC for escape from community custody and Spokane County for theft—on the 1700 block of Seventh Street.
Dec. 27
Theft of money from a bank account occurred on the 200 block of Cheney-Spangle Road.
Jonathon M. Cantu, 19, was arrested on a Cheney Municipal Court warrant for possession of stolen property after turning himself in at the police station.
A two-vehicle collision occurred on the 700 block of West First Street.
Dec. 28
Mutual combat occurred on the 700 block of West First Street. No charges were filed.

Dec. 23
Officers took a report of a traffic accident with injuries on Highway 2 and Hayford Road.
An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
Dec. 25
Officers took a report of second-degree malicious mischief on the 13000 block of West 12th Avenue.
Jeremy L. Mayer was arrested on a warrant for assault on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Dec. 26
Officers took a report of a vehicle theft on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
