Taking motor vehicle without owner's permission occurred on the 1700 block of Second Street. The vehicle was recovered in Spokane.
Damage to a fence occurred on the 800 block of West First Street.
Online identity theft was reported in Cheney.
Theft of a purse from a vehicle occurred on the 100 block of Fifth Street.

Harassment was reported on the 400 block of Fourth Street, regarding a civil dispute between roommates.
Oct. 28
Two 17-year-old females were arrested for shoplifting at Cheney Trading Company.
Chelsea A. Thorkildson, 19, was arrested for shoplifting at Safeway.
Theft of a wallet on the 200 block of First Street was being investigated.
A cell phone was found on the 600 block of North Sixth Street.

Garret J. Kerle, 19, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol on the zero hundred block of Fourth Street.
Vincente Martinez-Martinez, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) on the 1500 block of Washington Street.
Anthony L. Whitehead, 22, was arrested for shoplifting at Cheney Trading Company.
Oct. 30
Darryl L. Nutall, 22, was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS) on the 1200 block of Second Street.
Theft of a wallet from a vehicle occurred on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
A vehicle window was broken on the 100 block of First Street.
Richard J. Munoz, 22, was arrested for assault on the 400 block of First Street.
Residential burglary occurred on the 800 block of Sixth Street.
Oct. 31
Zakarian L. Archer, 19, was arrested for theft of a purse that occurred Oct. 30 on the 400 block of First Street.
A 17-year-old male runaway was arrested on the 1000 block of First Street on three warrants from Kootenai County, Idaho.
Rene L. Huotari, 34, was arrested for domestic violence-related assault on the 500 block of First Street.
A vehicle prowl was reported on the 200 block of West Third Street. Nothing was reported stolen.
Officers assisted Spokane County Sheriff's Office on a DUI arrest.
Residential burglary occurred on the zero hundred block of North Sixth Street. A laptop was taken.
Domestic violence was reported near Cheney-Spokane Road at the Burlington Northern tracks—verbal only.
Nov. 1
Theft of a tote bag with textbooks from a vehicle occurred on the zero hundred block of West Fifth Street.
Theft of a wallet and checkbook from two vehicles occurred on the zero hundred block of Huron Street.
MEDICAL LAKE
Oct. 26
An officer responded to a collision with injuries that occurred at Highway 2 and South Wood Road. The incident was handed over to Washington State Patrol.
A suspicious vehicle was reported on the 2600 block of South Craig Road.
Officers responded to reports of domestic violence on the 1000 block of North Stanley Street. A female said her ex-husband had assaulted her and broke her phone.
Oct. 28
Theft was reported at the middle school. A student stole another student's skateboard but later returned it. No charges were filed.
Officers responded to Lake and Washington streets after receiving reports that the electronic reader board on an eastbound Spokane Transit Authority bus read “emergency, call police.” An investigation determined that the bus driver had accidentally pressed an emergency indicator button.
Oct. 29
An officer received a report of fraud on the 200 block of West 4th Street. A suspect had tried to pass a bad check, but committed to paying the amount at a later date. No charges were filed.
A burglary was reported on the 900 block of East Lake Street. A female reported that a backpack with medication was taken from her home sometime during the night.
Police responded to a medical call at SR-902 and Lefevre Street where a male had collapsed. The incident was handed over to medical personnel.
Oct. 30
Illegal dumping was reported on the 1100 block of West Maple. Eastern State Hospital security said they would handle the matter.
Multiple fights were reported outside the Wagon Wheel Tavern on the 100 block of East Lake Street. Officers were unable to determine who initiated the fighting and no arrests were made.
Oct. 31
Officers responded to SR-902 and Lefevre Street after receiving reports of a loud fight between a male and female that sounded physical. Police forced entry into the residence but found nobody home.

Oct. 27
Officers took a report of an abandoned vehicle on the 2600 block of South Craig Road.
Oct. 28
Officers rescued two abandoned pit bull dogs on the 700 block of South King Street.
An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS on 8th Avenue and King Street.
Billy E. Davis was arrested for a felony warrant for first-degree burglary that occurred on the 12000 block of West 21st Avenue.

An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS on 13th Avenue and Lundstrom Street.
An adult male was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass that occurred on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
An adult male was arrested on a warrant at 19th Avenue and Lawson Street.
An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS at Highway 2 and Lundstrom Street.
Officers took a report of commercial burglary that occurred on the 12000 block of West McFarlane Road.
An adult male was arrested on a warrant at Craig Road and Thorpe Street.

An adult male was arrested for violation of a no contact order on the 13000 block of West 12th Avenue.
