Sept. 21
A one-car rollover accident occurred with minor injuries on the 1200 block of Second Street.
Robert M. Karns, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving and Matthew L. Corra, 23, was arrested for obstructing an officer in a collision on the zero hundred block of North Second Street.
A 12-year-old male and 11-year-old male were each arrested for assault at Cheney Middle School.
Sept. 22
Theft of an iPod occurred at Cheney High School.
Possession of a controlled substance was reported on the 700 block of First Street. Investigation is pending.
Sept. 23
Bracken R. Sorensen, 19, Jordan M. Heintz and Jacob J. Druffel, 20, were each arrested for minor in possession of alcohol on the 100 block of West Third Street.
Theft of an iPod occurred at Cheney High School.
Theft of a black bicycle was reported on the 200 block of Erie Street.
Keith R. Wagoner, 24, was arrested on a DUI court commitment at Cheney Municipal Court.
A 14-year-old male was arrested for possessing a weapon on school grounds—a folding knife—at Cheney Middle School.
Sept. 24
Fighting was reported on the 200 block of south Cheney-Spangle Road. Sage K. Sonneck, 24 and William L. Brigman, 21, were each arrested for fighting.
Undray L. Bailey, 21, was arrested for DUI on the 1200 block of First Street.
Zachary R. Halverson, 21, was arrested for urinating in public on the 300 block of First Street.
Ross M. Thoelke, 22, was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 400 block of First Street.
Brittany L. O'Bryan, 19, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol in Lot #17.
Theft of a blue bicycle was reported on the 200 block of west Cheney-Spangle Road.
Christopher A. Godwin, 25, was arrested on an Asotin County misdemeanor warrant and driving while license suspended (DWLS) warrant on the 1000 block of First Street.
Sept. 25
A vehicle was keyed on the 300 block of G Street.
Marijuana was found on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
John C. Asplund, 20, was arrested for domestic violence assault on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Domestic violence was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street. Investigation was pending.
Jamaal R. Marshall, 28, was arrested on a felony warrant from Spokane for identity theft and theft of loaned property.
A car window was broken on the 200 block of south Cheney-Spangle Road.
Sept. 26
A missing person was reported on the 300 block of Fifth Street and was later located.
Violation of a court order on the 1000 block of Third Street was pending investigation.
Samuel Chavez, 23, was arrested for assault on the 200 block of Fifth Street.
Sept. 27
A one-car, non-injury accident occurred on the 2400 block of First Street. The vehicle had a broken axle and was abandoned at the scene.
MEDICAL LAKE
Sept. 21
An officer assisted the Washington Department of Fish and Game on the 400 block of South Stanley Street.
Officers responded to a suspicious person report on the 300 block of South Geiger Road.
An officer told occupants of a vehicle parked at the Washington Veterans Cemetery late at night to leave.
Sept. 22
Owners of a suspicious vehicle sighted after hours in the parking lot at Waterfront Park were told to leave.
Sept 23
Officers assisted Airway Heights police in attempting to serve a warrant at Craig and McFarlane roads. Kevin Broadnax, 21, was not located and is still wanted for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.
Sept. 24
Two males were sighted shooting arrows at a target across the street on the 200 block of South Jefferson Street and were advised to stop.
Trespassing was reported near the wastewater treatment plant, 1100 North Lefevre Road. Two juvenile females were warned not to be in the field and complied.
An officer sighted two females, both 13, jumping into traffic near Golden Court and Stanley Street. Their parents were called to come get them.
Sept. 25
An officer responded to a report of two juveniles wearing Halloween masks trying to frighten passing motorists near Lake and Stanley streets. They were advised to stop.
A 94-year-old woman was reported missing from the 1000 block of West Avon Road but a few hours later was reported to have returned home safely.
Sept. 26
An officer sighted a large deer with an arrow in its side in the vicinity of Percival and Stanley streets but was unable to track it down. Fish and Game was called.
Sept. 27
An officer responded to a report of vehicle theft on the 200 block of South Washington Street but the owner later withdrew the report, saying he had lent the car to a friend.
Officers attempted to serve a warrant on the 400 block of South Washington Street but the subject was no longer living at the address. Jeffrey David Day is wanted for interfering with reporting of domestic violence.
An officer responded to a report of harassment at 4th and Staples streets. The suspect was gone upon arrival.

Sept. 22
An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS that occurred at Hayford Road and 12th Avenue.
An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS that occurred at Highway 2 and Albert Street.
Officers took a report of a traffic accident with damages that occurred at Campbell Street and Highway 2.
An adult female and an adult male where arrested for third-degree theft, shoplifting, that occurred on the 12000 block of West 14th Avenue.
Sept. 23
An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS that occurred on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS that occurred at Ziegler Street and 12th Avenue.
Officers took an information report on the 12000 block of West Tower Avenue.
An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS that occurred at 12th Avenue and King Street.
Sept. 24
Officers took a report of second-degree robbery that occurred on the 12000 block of West Highway 2 and Yokes.
Officer took a report of a violation of a no contact order that occurred on the 11000 block of West Sprague Avenue.
Sept. 25
An adult male was arrested for unlawful imprisonment, domestic violence, on the 13000 block of West 13th Avenue.
Officers took a report of a vehicle prowl that occurred on the 13000 Block of West Highway 2.
Officers took a report of a traffic accident with damages that occurred at Highway 2 and Center Lane.
Sept. 27
An adult male was arrested for disorderly conduct that occurred on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
An adult male was arrested for fourth-degree assault on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
