CHENEY

Sept. 13

Theft of bicycle pedals was reported on the 1100 block of Moyer Street.

Malicious mischief—damage to a vehicle—was reported on the 200 block of West Third Street.

A purple bicycle was reported found on the 2200 block of Sunrise Drive.

A runaway juvenile was reported on the 2800 block of Bethany Street.

Taking motor vehicle without owner's permission was reported on the 800 block of Oak Street. The vehicle was recovered in Spokane.

Sept. 14

Theft of an orange bicycle was reported on the zero hundred block of West Second Street.

Nickolas B. Phils, 20, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol on the 1000 block of First Street.

A 14-year-old male was arrested for second-degree robbery on the 100 block of West First Street.

A 15-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting and minor in possession of alcohol on the 100 block of West First Street.

A vehicle reported stolen from Spokane was recovered on the 200 block of Presley Drive.

Sept. 15

Theft of a purse was reported at the Columbia Plateau trailhead.

Minor injuries were reported in a two-car collision on the 2300 block of First Street.

Byron E. Reed, 36, was arrested for domestic violence-related malicious mischief on the 2300 block of University Lane.

A 14-year-old female and 16-year-old male were each arrested for residential burglary.

An orange bicycle was found on the 700 block of West First Street.

A custody dispute was reported at Windsor Elementary School.

Sept. 16

Echo L. Keebler, 39, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on the 800 block of West First Street.

Domestic violence was reported on the 800 block of Cedar Street—verbal only.

Sept. 17

Theft of yard lights was reported on the 200 block of North Fourth Street.

Two 16-year-old males were each arrested for possession of a controlled substance—marijuana—at Cheney High School.

A runaway juvenile was reported on the 100 block of Walker Drive.

Drug paraphernalia was confiscated at Cheney High School.

Theft of yard lights was reported on the zero hundred block of North Fourth Street.

Sept. 18

A two-car collision occurred with no injuries on the 200 block of Betz Road.

Sept. 19

Malicious mischief was reported on the zero hundred block of Third Street—damage to a vehicle.

Theft of a computer and purse was reported on the 2700 block of Fourth Street.

Sept. 20

Whitney M. Kath, 21, was arrested for domestic violence-related assault on the 200 block of Betz Road.

Assault was reported on the 300 block of North Seventh Street.

Malicious mischief was reported on the 800 block of West First Street—a window was broken.

Sarah A. Barnes, 48, was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS) on the 1500 block of Fifth Street.

MEDICAL LAKE

Sept. 14

An officer responded to a traffic accident with injuries that occurred on the 11400 block of South Andrus Street.

Sept. 15

Officers responded to an audible alarm in a residence on the 4900 block of East Willow Springs Road. No evidence of a crime was found.

An officer responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at St. Anne Parish. No arrest or citations were made.

Sept. 16

Officers responded to a traffic accident with injuries that occurred at Geiger Boulevard and West Medical Lake Road. Medics were called to the two-vehicle collision between a Jeep and a semi-truck.

Sept. 17

Domestic violence was reported on the 900 block of East Lake Street before being withdrawn. The officer responded as per protocol to find nobody home.

An officer responded to reports of possible domestic violence near Coulee Hite Road and Highway 2 to find suspects had left the area.

Officers received reports of two missing adults on the 1500 block of West Victoria Lane. A babysitter said the parents of two young children she was watching were more than five hours late returning home from the fair. The parents were later found to have stayed at separate friends' houses after a dispute.

An officer responded to a report of two males smoking marijuana in a car near the city skate park. The individuals had left by the time police arrived.

An officer responded to a report of a possible break in at a vacant home on the 1000 block of North Olsen Hill Road. No evidence of a crime was found.

An officer responded to the 500 block of East Barker upon receiving reports of 20 people circling a fight involving two juvenile males near the high school. A later report revealed the identities of the suspects and one was trespassed from school grounds. A follow-up investigation is planned.

Sept. 18

An officer responded to a suspicious vehicle report in the 14800 block of South Salnave Road.

An officer responded to the vicinity of a 911 hang-up call to find nothing wrong.

Sept. 19

Officers responded to an audible alarm at a residence in the 400 block of Norma Lee Avenue. The homeowner was out of town but there was no evidence found of a crime.

A hitchhiker was reported at the Medical Lake intersection. Washington State Patrol was notified.

Animal control was called after an officer spotted a vicious German Shepard at Waterfront Park.

Sept. 15

An adult male was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for third-degree DWLS that occurred on the 1400 block of South Albert.

Officers took a report of a traffic accident with injuries that occurred at Highway 2 and Russell Street.

Officers took a report of an abandoned vehicle that occurred on the 12000 block of West 12th Avenue.

An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS that occurred on Garfield Road and 12th Avenue.

Sept. 16

Officers took a report of third-degree assault of a child that occurred on the 900 block of South Beeman Street.

Officers took a report of a domestic dispute that occurred on the 12000 block of West Tower Avenue.

An adult female was arrested for first-degree criminal trespassing that occurred on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.

Sept. 17

An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS that occurred at Highway 2 and Garfield Road.

Sept. 18

Officers took a report of a violation of a no contact order that occurred on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.

Sept. 19

An adult female was arrested for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, which occurred on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.

Sept. 20

Officers took a report of burglary that occurred on the 12000 block of West 18th Avenue
