Police arrested Holly K. Keech, 44, on the 1300 block of Third Street for third-degree theft of dietary supplements.
Police arrested Mathew F. Hobbs, 38, and Ian W. Campbell, 40, on the 100 block of West Third Street for third-degree theft/shoplifting.
July 27
Police responded to a two-car, non-injury collision on the 100 block of West First Street.
A third-degree theft was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane. A blue bicycle was taken.
Police arrested Arlo J. Morrow, 20, at Cheney Municipal Court on two local warrants for failure to appear for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) and failure to appear second-degree DWLS.
A report of unlawful issuance of bank checks was made on the 2200 block of First Street. Investigation is continuing.
July 28
Prescription medications were found on the 1300 block of Third Street.
A suspicious circumstance was reported on the 1000 block of First Street. Incident was a civil dispute involving a cat.
Police arrested Jonathon M. Cantu, 18, at Cheney Municipal Court on a local bench warrant for failure to appear for possession of stolen property.
July 29
Police responded to a report of domestic violence on the zero hundred block of West Fifth Street. Verbal only.
An injury accident was confirmed on the 200 block of Anderson Road.
A vehicle prowl was reported on the 1900 block of Fourth Street. Appeared to be an attempt to steal the vehicle.
Identification was found on the 1700 block of Second Street.
July 30
A report of malicious mischief was made on the 2700 block of First Street. A business's window was broken.
A report of unlawful issuance of bank checks was made on the 1900 block of First Street. Investigation is continuing.
Aleisha M. Hood-Jordan, 26, was arrested on the zero hundred block of B Street for third-degree DWLS.
Police were informed of a financial fraud with a check issue mailed to another state.
A second-degree burglary was reported on the 200 block of Seventh Street. A bicycle and lawn mower were taken.
July 31
Jordan D. Dutton, 19, was arrested on the zero hundred block of West Fifth for minor in possession (MIP) and giving false and misleading statements.
A third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 100 block of College Hills. A fence was broken.
Aug. 1
Tad K. Hays, 56, was arrested on the 400 block of First Street on a warrant out of Cheney Municipal Court for failure to appear for driving under the influence hearing.
Blake A. Lawson, 21, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Fourth Street for disorderly conduct and obstructing a public officer.
Jashua R. Watson, 23, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Washington Court for second-degree assault.

A third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 600 block of West First Street.

Officers took a report of cyber stalking that occurred on the 1900 block of South Mintle Street.
An adult male was arrested for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and third-degree malicious mischief, domestic violence, that occurred on the 1000 block of South Lawson Street.
