Tiffany M. Hinshaw, 27, was arrested on the 800 block of Second Street for third-degree DWLS.
July 20
Terri A. Marlin, 47, was arrested on the 1400 block of West First Street for third-degree DWLS.
Assault was reported on the 2200 block of First Street. Police arrested Loran D. Langenfeld, 45, for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.
Police investigated an accusation of theft by a caregiver on the 2200 block of Annie Place.
July 21
Melissa C. Moore, 41, was arrested on the 700 block of First Street for third-degree DWLS.
Jessep B. Larsen, 29, was arrested on the 200 block of West Second Street for third-degree DWLS.
Possible child abuse was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane. Investigation is continuing.
July 22
Travis G. Gutierrez, 21, was arrested on the 1200 block of First Street for second-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).
Robert L. Mann, 33, was arrested on the 1100 block of Betz Road for third-degree DWLS.
Holly K. Keech, 49, was arrested on the 1300 block of Third Street for fourth-degree assault.
Trevor C. Frantz, 20, was arrested on the 100 block of Fourth Street for no valid operator's license.
Theft was reported on the 900 block of Fourth Street. Prescription medications and change were taken from a vehicle.
Cheney police executed an agency warrant and arrested Amy J. Williams, 24, on the 1200 block of Second Street for one felony count and two misdemeanor counts out of Spokane. The Cheney police officers are also investigating additional local charges for giving false and misleading information.
July 23
Shoplifting was reported on the 100 block of West First Street. Investigation is pending.
A harassment report was made on the 800 block of First Street. Incident is related to an ongoing dispute.
Domestic violence was reported on the 2400 block of University Lane. Police arrested Lakeisha V. Hogan, 20, for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
Theft was reported on the 2400 block of Cheney-Spokane Road. A bicycle was found to be stolen.
Residential burglary was reported on the 300 block of North Sixth Street. A computer and computer monitor were taken.
Cheney's K-9 unit conducted an agency assist on the Goldendale-Bickleton Highway. The unit was deployed as part of the marijuana eradication program.
Theft was reported on the 300 block of North Seventh Street. A gray bicycle was taken.
July 24
Police assisted Burlington Northern Santa Fe crews with a vehicle that had become stuck on the tracks at the crossing on Mullinix Road after the vehicle had attempted to go around a train.
Police responded to a disorderly conduct on the 400 block of First Street. Police then arrested Michael J. Morrissey, 55, for disorderly conduct and trespassing.
Cheney Police assisted Washington State Patrol officers on a hit and run investigation at Meadow Lake Road and SR-904. The WSP made one arrest for driving under the influence.
Police responded to a two-car, non-injury collision on the 1100 block of Washington Street.
Police responded to a two-car, minor-injury collision on the 100 block of Betz Road.
