Ashley N. Hart, 23, was arrested for shoplifting at Ben Franklin.
Stephen A. Victor, 19, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on four Spokane County warrants for minor in possession of alcohol, driving while license suspended (DWLS), and failure to transfer title and possession of a dangerous weapon.
A 12-year-old male was arrested in the May 8 theft of a bicycle in the 700 block of West First Street.
May 11
An incorrigible juvenile was reported in the 300 block of North Sixth Street.
Mark W. Fox, 38, was arrested on two Spokane County warrants for hit and run in the 100 block of Anderson Road.
May 12
Theft of tools from a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of North Eleventh Street.
Joshua O. Barber, 18, was arrested in the 800 block of West First Street for fourth degree assault and third degree malicious mischief, both domestic violence-related.
Officers worked with Spokane Child Protective Services to locate a Spokane runaway in the 200 block of K Street.
Officers along with Spokane CPS investigated possible obscene material in the 1000 block of Salnave Road.
Justin A. Monson, 22, was arrested for domestic violence-related assault, malicious mischief and possession of marijuana.
May 13
A red bicycle, reported stolen from Cheney High School ,was later recovered.
Theft of parking signs was reported in the 200 block of Simpson Parkway.
Second-degree burglary was reported in the 1000 block of First Street.
Howard M. Crawford, 40, was arrested for first-degree burglary in the zero hundred block of Columbia Street.
Residential burglary occurred in the 700 block of Salnave Road. A computer, television and video game console were taken.
May 14
Joshua J. Wilson, 18, was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 1700 block of Seventh Street.
A 15-year-old male was arrested for second-degree assault, harassment/intimidation and malicious mischief in the 600 block of Oakland Street.
Nicholas P. Thompson, 20, was arrested at Cheney Municipal Court on a Spokane County District Court warrant for failure to appear for a DWLS charge.
A mental case was reported in the 200 block of Cheney-Spangle Road. The subject was voluntarily committed to the hospital.
A 17-year-old male was arrested for trespassing in the 200 block of West Second Street.
Theft of cologne was reported in the 2400 block of University Lane.
May 15
A 16-year-old male was arrested for minor in possession in the 2700 block of First Street after officers responded to a report of a possible fight.
A black bicycle was reported found in the 1400 block of Second Street.
Officers responded to a possible theft in progress in the 2800 block of Bethany Street. Edward R. Fagnant, 25, was arrested on a Spokane County District Court warrant for failure to appear on a domestic violence assault charge.
Theft of a lawn mower was reported in the zero hundred block of Third Street.
A rock was thrown through a window in the 300 block of B Street.
Theft of a yellow bicycle was reported in the 200 block of North Eleventh Street.
A blue bicycle was reported found in the 700 block of Chestnut Street.
May 16
Beth H. Payne, 28, was arrested for DWLS in the 2300 block of Washington Street.
Theft of a stereo faceplate from a vehicle was reported in the 800 block of Third Street.
Theft of a stereo faceplate from a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Erie Street.
Solomon B. Dubie, 22, was arrested for DWLS in the 1500 block of Second Street.
John A. Conran, 22, was arrested for obstructing an officer and resisting arrest in the 200 block of Betz Road.
Jon G. Cabrera, 23, was arrested for residential burglary in the 100 block of College Hill Street.

May 11
An adult male was arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of a dangerous weapon in the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Officers investigated a custodial assault in the 11900 block of West Sprague Avenue.
An adult female was arrested on a warrant for third-degree DWLS in the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
May 12
Police officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 1400 block of South Garfield Road.
Officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 12400 block of West 6th Avenue.
Jeffery M. Mathews of Cheney was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (heroin), obstructing a law enforcement officer and a felony warrant from the Department of Corrections. He was booked into Spokane County Jail.
May 13
Officers took a report of a vehicle prowl that occurred in the 12400 block of West Frank Street.
An adult male was arrested for third-degree theft in the 1200 South block of Lundstrom Street.
May 14
An adult male was arrested for operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device in the 1000 South block of Lawson Street.
An adult male was arrested for third-degree theft in the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
May 15
Officers investigated a hit and run that occurred in the 12000 block of West Highway 2. The case is currently under investigation.
May 16
Officers took a report of a vehicle prowl that occurred in the 13500 block of West 6th Street.
May 17
Officers took a report of a vehicle prowl that occurred in the 11000 block of West 21st Street.
Officers investigated a possible forgery that occurred in the 12900 block of West Highway 2. The case is currently under investigation.
