CHENEY

April 16

A report was filed April 21 of indecent liberties at Cheney High School occurring April 16. The report was unfounded.

April 19

Eric R. Morrison, 20, was arrested for shoplifting in the 100 block of West First Street.

A city barricade was reported stolen from the 100 block of Nolan Brown Place.

Theft of a bicycle trailer was reported in the 1700 block of Third Street.

Possible child pornography was reported in the 200 block of Sixth Street. Officers handed the case over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for investigation.

Jordan T. Gilman, 20, was arrested for shoplifting in the 100 block of West First Street.

April 20

Carlynn A. Davis, 40, was arrested on a Spokane warrant for driving while license suspended (DWLS) in the 500 block of Salnave Road.

Arlo J. Morrow, 20, was arrested at Cheney Municipal Court for two local warrants for DWLS.

A runaway juvenile was reported in the 300 block of Erie Street. A 16-year-old female was arrested.

Domestic violence was reported in the 300 block of Erie Street—verbal only.

April 21

Theft of a power washer was reported in the 200 block of North Fifth Street.

Theft of a dog was reported in the 1800 block of Seventh Street.

A 16-year-old male was arrested for assault in the 700 block of West First Street.

April 22

Burglary was reported in the 2300 block of University Lane. Camping gear was taken.

A 14-year-old female and 12-year-old female were both arrested for theft of candy at Cheney Middle School.

Theft of a blue bicycle was reported in the 500 block of Third Street.

A forced entry burglary was reported in the zero hundred block of West First Street. Tools were taken.

Theft of a computer and other items from a vehicle was reported in the 100 block of Holladay Drive.

A two-car non-injury collision occurred in the 2700 block of First Street.

April 23

Alexander P. Hatch, 22, was arrested for malicious mischief in the 500 block of First Street. The arrest was made after Hatch and others were caught on police cameras installed downtown breaking trees and overturning a garbage can. Additional arrests are pending.

Theft of a chrome bicycle was reported in the 1000 block of First Street.

A car was keyed in the zero hundred block of North Fifth Street.

Forged checks were reported in the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road.

Forced entry burglary of a shed was reported in the 400 block of North Third Street. Nothing was missing.

April 24

Jeremy L. Huntley, 26, was arrested for DWLS in the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road.

Jeremy L. Huntley, 26, was arrested for indecent exposure in the 1700 block of Fifth Street.

Alicia R. Stevens, 25, was arrested for domestic violence-related assault in the 200 block of North Eleventh Street.

Brock J. Behler, 24, was arrested for bringing a gun into a bar in the 300 block of First Street.

April 25

Residential burglary was reported in the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. Jewelry was taken.

Forced entry burglary was reported in the 1500 block of Fifth Street. A motorcycle was taken.

The K-9 unit assisted the Lincoln County Sherrif's Office in tracking a suspect in Porcupine Bay. The dog tracked the suspect to a point where they entered a vehicle.

Tony R. Killen, 29, was arrested for DWLS in the zero hundred block of Simpson Parkway.

Juan Z. Martinez, 42, was arrested for indecent liberties, unlawful imprisonment and assault—all domestic violence-related—in the 1200 block of Second Street.

Officers assisted the DOC in locating a sex offender in the 2300 block of University Lane.

AIRWAY HEIGHTS

April 19

Officers took a report of a probation violation in the 700 block of south Zeigler Street.

Officers responded to a commercial burglary alarm in the 13700 block of west Highway 2. On arrival, officers discovered the business had been burglarized. The case is currently under investigation.

Officers responded to a possible domestic dispute in the 1400 block of south Albert Street. They arrested an adult female for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Officers investigated a possible custodial interference in the 13200 block of west 13th Avenue.

April 20

An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS in the 1300 block of south 13th Avenue.

April 21

Officers responded to a possible assault call in the 13100 block of west 14th Avenue. An adult male was arrested for two counts of fourth-degree assault.

Officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 13500 block of west 13th Avenue. A girl's bicycle was taken. Estimated value was estimated at $120.

Jonathon Johnson, 23, of Springdale, Wash. was arrested for third-degree DWLS and on an outstanding felony warrant for attempting to elude police out of Stevens County. He was booked into the Spokane County Jail.

A report of malicious mischief was taken in the 13000 block of West 14th Avenue. An estimated $250 damage was caused to a glass door.

April 22

An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS in the 100 block of North Hayford Road.

Jessica M. Sam, 31, was arrested and booked into Spokane County Jail on a felony warrant for forgery out of Spokane County.

April 23

An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS in the 12400 block of West Highway 2.

An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS in the 10800 block of West Highway 2.

An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS in the 12400 block of West Highway 2.

April 24

An adult male was arrested for second-degree DWLS in the 10800 block of West Highway 2.

An adult male was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass in the 100 block of North Hayford Road.

Officers investigated a possible intimidation of a witness in the 1700 block of South Lawson Street.

An adult female was arrested for third-degree DWLS in the 1200 block of South Lundstrom Street.

Officers investigated a shoplifting that occurred in the 12800 block of west 14th Avenue. ase has been forwarded to Juvenile Court.

April 25

Officers responded to a possible domestic dispute in the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
