Feb. 8
Officers assisted the Okanogan County Sheriff's Office by investigating a possible violation of a protection order.
Residential burglary occurred in the 400 block of North Second Street. Video games, a television, an iPod and jewelry were taken.
Residential burglary of cash occurred in the 200 block of West Second Street.
Malicious mischief was reported in the 800 block of Gary Street. A vehicle was egged.
A fourth degree assault occurred at Cheney Middle School. A 12-year-old male was arrested for the assault and for possession of a weapon—a pocket knife—on school grounds.
A two-car collision with minor injuries reported occurred in the 1100 block of Washington Street.
Feb. 9
Lisa M. Ingram, 24, was arrested on a Cheney warrant for driving while license suspended (DWLS).
A windshield was damaged in the 1500 block of Washington Street.
Domestic violence was reported in the 1600 block of Third Street. Oliver W. Orr, 20, was arrested for taking a vehicle without the owner's permission and Steven A. Stewart, 21, was arrested for fourth degree assault, domestic violence.
A 16-year-old male was arrested for fourth degree domestic violence-related assault in the 200 block of Holladay Drive.
Feb. 10
Theft of a red bicycle was reported in the 200 bock of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
Trespassing was reported in the 100 block of West First Street. Leah M. Beck, 18, was arrested for obstructing an officer and a 15-year-old male was arrested for trespassing.
In an assault reported at Cheney Middle School, a 13-year-old male was arrested for harassment and a second 13-year-old male was arrested for fourth degree assault.
Theft of a laptop computer occurred at CMS.
Violation of a court order was reported in the zero hundred block of Vine Street.
A complaint was filed against the officer responding to a suspicious circumstance call Nov. 21, 2009. The officer is currently documenting his actions at the time of the original call.
A city-owned van hit a vehicle in the 400 block of First Street while delivering residential solid waste cans. There were no injuries and little damage, but the incident was reported since a city-owned vehicle was involved.
A two-car non-injury collision occurred in the 2300 block of First Street.
Feb. 11
Malicious mischief in the 200 block of Simpson Parkway occurred when someone damaged a door.
Officers assisted the Morrow County Sheriff's Office out of Heppner, Ore. by interviewing a suspect at CMS.
Brandon M. Jones, 23, was arrested for residential burglary in the 800 block of Fifth Street.
Feb. 12
Stolen mail was reported in the 300 block of Sixth Street.
A silver Jeep was disabled and blocking the roadway in the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. The vehicle was impounded.
Feb. 13
A license plate was reported found in the 1700 block of Second Street.
Theft and unlawful use of a debit card was reported in the 2300 block of University Lane.
Jordan. N. White, 19, was arrested for first degree domestic violence-related burglary and fourth degree assault in the 700 block of West First Street.
Feb. 14
Officers investigated a report of possible child abuse and neglect in the 800 block of Oakland Street.
Aaron J. Ellig, 18, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol.
Sorania Cruz, 21, was arrested for DWLS in the 2500 block of North Sixth Street.
Feb. 15
Brenda L. Hoffman, 43, was arrested in the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road for shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
A two-car non-injury accident occurred in the 2700 block of First Street.

Officers investigated a report of children playing with flares in the area of 12th Avenue and Lundstrom Street.
Felicia T. Eddy, 22, was arrested for no valid operator's license without identification at Campbell Street and 14th Avenue.
Erin L. Yob, 19, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Hayford Road for minor in possession of Alcohol, making false statements, and third degree theft.
Police investigated a collision in the 12200 block of Sunset Highway.
Officers contacted a suspicious person in the area of 13th Avenue and West Street.
Police responded to a report of children burning paper in the area of Loffler Street and 13th Avenue.
Feb. 9
Police responded to the 1000 block of Aspen Place to take a report regarding a subject taking a motor vehicle without permission.
Officers were called to the 100 block of N. Hayford Road for an alarm.
Police investigated a report of a possible DUI in the 12800 block of 14th Avenue.
Andrew N. Evans, 30, was arrested in the area of Sunset Highway and Ziegler Street for DWLS third degree.
Officers assisted SCSO Deputies on an argument call in the area of 5300 Sunset Highway.
Police investigated a report of subjects climbing over the fence in the 14000 block of Sunset Highway.
Sarah R. Kintner, 27, was arrested in the area of Sunset Highway and Hayford Road for DWLS third degree.
Aaron S. Pantoja, 28, was arrested for DWLS third degree in the area of Hayford Road and 12th Avenue.
Officers assisted Spokane Airport Police Department checking the area of McFarlane Road and Lawson Street where suspicious tire tracks were reported.
Police responded to a gas drive-off in the area of Sunset Highway and Garfield Road.

Nicholas R.Toth, 29, was booked into jail from the 13900 block of 12th Avenue on the charge of assault fourth degree – domestic violence.
Crystal L. Guercio, 27, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Hayford Road on the charge of possession of stolen property third degree.
Officers responded to the 400 block of Campbell Street for a welfare check on subjects not seen for several weeks. No one was at the residence.
Tessa R. Wilber, 18, was arrested in the area of Sunset Highway and Lawson Street for DWLS third degree.
Officers investigated a complaint of harassment in the area of King Street and 12th Avenue.
K-9 officers assisted Spokane Police on a traffic stop in the area of Government Way and Sunset Highway.
Feb. 11
Brandy M. Bingham, 36, was arrested for theft third degree – shoplifting - and DWLS third degree in the area of 12800 14th Avenue.
Delilah L. Axtell, 22, was arrested for DWLS third degree in the area of Garfield Road and 12th Avenue.
Rick C. Etheredge, 48, was arrested in the area of 6th Avenue and Campbell Street for DWLS third degree.
Glenn R. Johnson, Jr., 23, was booked into jail from the 13100 block of Sunset Highway on the charge of malicious mischief second degree.
Police assisted SCSO Deputies in the 10500 block of Sunset Highway investigating a prowler call.
Feb. 12
William C. Hayes-Garcia, 23, was taken into custody and transported to jail on a misdemeanor warrant issued in Airway Heights Municipal Court.
Officers assisted SCSO Deputies with a disorderly subject in the area of 1500 S. Taylor.
James M. Alford, 43, was arrested for DWLS third degree in the area of Lawson Street and 21st Avenue.
Police responded to an alarm at Sunset Park.
Officers investigated a vehicle left running in the area of 14th Avenue and Mullan Street.
Feb. 13
Officers were contacted at the police department by a subject reporting his wife was doing drugs. The wife reported she was assaulted by her husband. Officers investigated and found no probable cause for an arrest.
Police responded to the 12800 block of 14th Avenue to permanently trespass a subject.
Officers investigated a report of loud music in the area of 2000 Campbell Street.
A burglary report was taken in the area of 1200 West Street where a bicycle was stolen.
Police assisted SCSO Deputies on a domestic violence call in the area of 700 E. Fellows.
Officers were called to the area of 12500 Sunset Highway for a noise complaint.
A suspicious occupied vehicle parked behind a business in the area of Hayford Road and Sunset Highway was investigated by officers.
A loud party in the area of 12500 6th Avenue was contacted by officers and advised to keep the noise down.
Feb. 14
Police responded to the Spokane County ORV Park to investigate a report of two subjects entering the park on bicycles.
Officers assisted SCSO Deputies on a suspicious subject call in the 14200 block of Highway 2.
Colby A. Thompson, 25, was booked into jail on a Department of Corrections warrant. He was contacted in the 100 block of N. Hayford Road.
Kellia A. Jenkins, 41, was arrested for assault fourth degree and trespassed from the area of 13500 6th Avenue.
Police responded to the area of 1400 Albert for a report of possible domestic violence.
