Edward Henry Lamb

Memorial service for Edward Henry Lamb Jr. was held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 9 at Amazing Grace Fellowship in Cheney.

He was born in Seminole, Okla. on Oct. 16, 1939 and passed on Feb. 4 at the Hospice House in Spokane.

Ed retired from Columbia Lighting as a journeyman level machinist with five years at SCC for Tool and Die.

Ed was a commander in the Royal Rangers for many years and loved to build pine wood derby carrs with the young men that he taught. Ed also spent time racing and working on cars. Ed also loved to ride his Honda Gold Wing.

His favorite sayings were “Can't never did nothing” and “Anything can be done.”

Ed moved to the Spokane area in 1970, and met and married his wife Roberta in November 1973. Ed also took on the role of father and adopted Roberta's three children.

We'll miss you, Dad. Love, Mom, Jack, Rog, Sherri, JC, Jade, Ian, Braden, Kellen, Taylor and Ryan.
