Tomlinson West Plains rebranding after merger

Real estate company Tomlinson's West Plains office has undergone a few changes. As of a Feb. 3 merger, Tomlinson is now Coldwell Banker Tomlinson.

West Plains office manager Janice Dennstaedt said little will change besides the sign and the Web site.

“It'll be the same group of people,” she said. “Everybody will be notifying their clientele.”

Dennstaedt said all Spokane area Tomlison Real Estate Group locations will also be Coldwell Banker Tomlinson. She said the merger will provide a wider perspective, since Coldwell Banker is a nationwide company.

The West Plains office will remain at their 2640 First St. location in Cheney. Dean Anderson is the sales manager and broker. The office's previous manager Iola Malaby retired last year, Dennstaedt said. The West Plains Coldwell Banker Tomlinson office can be reached at 235-7400.
