Theft of a car stereo, amplifier and speakers was reported in the 100 block of H Street.
Officers assisted Hawaii police by conducting interviews in an ongoing abuse case.
Jan. 28
Theft of a red motorized bicycle was reported in the 200 block of North Eleventh Street.
A 16-year-old male was arrested for obstructing a public officer at CHS.
Residential burglary was reported in the 700 block of Third Street. A door was damaged in an argument between former roommates. Justin A. Konynebelt, 19, was arrested for domestic violence-related residential burglary.
Ellinore A. Sherwin, 21, was arrested at Cheney Municipal Court on a court commitment for violation of probation, continuing offenses, driving while license suspended (DWLS) and domestic violence-related assault.
A two-car collision occurred in the 1700 block of First Street. No injuries were reported.

Matthew B. Irvin, 44, was arrested for domestic violence-related assault in the 100 block of College Avenue.
A backpack was reported found in the 1200 block of West First Street.
Theft of a GPS from a vehicle was reported in the 2300 block of University Lane.
Burglary was reported in the 300 block of College Avenue. A stuffed panda was taken from a garage.
An abandoned automobile, first reported Jan. 2, was impounded.
Officers completed a warrant arrest for Spokane Municipal Court. Holly K. Keech, 44, was arrested for failure to appear on a DWLS charge in the 1100 block of First Street.
An unattended hit and run was reported in the 900 block of First Street.
A car-pedestrian collision without injuries was reported in the 2800 block of Al Ogdon Way. The driver and pedestrian exchanged information and left the scene.
Jan. 30
A blue bicycle was reported found in the 200 block of Mary Street.
Theft of a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire was reported in the zero hundred block of West Fifth Street. The vehicle was later recovered near the intersection of Betz Road and Andrus Road.
A rock thrown through a window was reported in the 200 block of D Street.
A car was damaged near the intersection of First Street and Calispel Street.

Police received a traffic complaint of possible road rage in the 100 block of Presley Drive.
Vidal Martinez-Perez, 31, was arrested for driving under the influence and hit and run in the 1200 block of West First Street.
A two-car collision occurred in the 100 block of Second Street. No injuries were reported.

Jeremy E. Donaldson, 38, was booked into jail on the charge of residential burglary that occurred in the 13700 block of 13th Avenue.
Officers took a report of a vehicle prowl that occurred in the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Police investigated a report of a hit and run in the 11900 block of Sprague Avenue.
Tracey F. Hawkins, 44, was arrested at Lawson Street and Chandler Avenue for third degree DWLS.
Michael A. Green, 31, was booked into jail from the 13500 block of 6th Avenue on the charges of first degree felon in possession of a firearm, fourth degree assault – domestic violence, and possession of a controlled substance – marijuana, less than 40 grams.
Sandra M. Kelsey, 46, was arrested in the 12800 block of 14th Avenue for third degree theft – shoplifting.

Police were called to investigate an attempted burglary in the 13300 block of Sunset Highway.
Police investigated an unauthorized use of a debit card in the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Robert J. Valley, 48, was arrested in the area of Sunset Highway and Hayford Road for third degree DWLS.

JoAnn Williams, 52, was arrested for fourth degree assault – domestic violence – in the 13600 block of 13th Avenue.
Officers responded to the 11900 block of Sprague Avenue for an unwanted guest.
Police investigated a report of a DUI near Highway 2 and Lucas Road.
Dale J. Chadorowski, 23, was arrested for fourth degree assault in the 13100 block of Sunset Highway.
Officers responded to the 1200 block of West Street for a noise complaint of loud music.
Krystal F. Elder, 24, was contacted in the 100 block of North Hayford Road and was booked into jail on an outstanding warrant.

Officers assisted the Airway Heights Fire Department on a hazmat call in the area of 13600 13th Avenue.
Police assisted Spokane Police Officers in the area of 9th Avenue and Hayford Road on a traffic stop with a suspect from a stabbing incident that occurred in Spokane.
Officers were called to the 11700 block of 21st Avenue to take a stolen vehicle report.
Officers took an assault report in the 800 block of King Street that allegedly occurred in Sunset Park.
Ritchie D. Lowrance, 55, was contacted in the 100 block of North Hayford Road and booked into jail on a felony warrant.
Officers contacted three suspicious subjects at 8th Avenue and Horton Street. They were meeting friends and leaving.
A suspicious car was contacted in the 1700 block of Lawson Street.

Richard A. Napolitano, 44, was arrested in the area of Sprague Avenue and Russell Street for DWLS in another state (Nevada).

Police assisted Spokane Police Officers by taking a Stolen Vehicle Report in the 12600 block of 5th Avenue for a vehicle that was stolen in Spokane.
Officers responded to take a report of a bicycle theft in the 1400 block of Albert Street.
Officers responded to the 100 block of North Hayford Road for a disorderly subject.
A report of malicious mischief was investigated by officers in the 13400 block of 13th Avenue.
Michael S. Wheeler, 35, was contacted in the 100 block of North Hayford Road. He was jailed for outstanding Spokane warrants and on a new charge of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.
