Police reports 12/18 through 12/27

CHENEY

Dec. 18

Officers executed a search warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the zero hundred block of North Eighth Street. The incident is under investigation.

Dec. 20

Officers assisted deputies of the Spokane County Sheriff's Office with a commercial burglary in Four Lakes.

Dec. 21

Officers assisted the Columbia County Sheriff's Office on a theft in the 200 block of West Third Street.

Third degree theft was reported in the 1000 block of Betz Road. Electrical meters were stolen.

Dec. 23

Officers responded to a “keep the peace” call in the 1200 block of First Street. A dispute was in progress and police responded in case it became physical.

Sandra K. Kiger, 59, was arrested in the zero hundred block of West First Street for third degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).

Forgery was reported in the 2200 block of First Street when possibly counterfeit $100 and $50 bills were discovered.

Jackie D. Riddle, 35, was arrested in the 500 block of Salnave Road for three domestic violence charges of unlawful imprisonment, malicious mischief and fourth degree assault.

Dec. 25

Police responded to an incident of verbal domestic violence in the 600 block of Villard Street.

Officers assisted Kootenai County Sheriff's deputies in locating a suspect vehicle in the 700 block of Second Street.

Robert V. Trumbull, 45, was arrested on a Spokane Municipal Court warrant for DWLS in the 200 block of West First Street.

Second degree burglary occurred in the 1400 block of First Street. Thirteen storage units had been broken into, but nothing was reported stolen.

Dec. 26

Nicole M. Robinson, 22, was arrested for third-degree DWLS in the 3300 block of Meadow Glenn Lane.

A sudden death occurred in the 600 block of Clover Street.

A two-car accident occurred in the 400 block of First Street. No injuries were reported.

A three-car collision occurred in the 400 block of Mary Street. A rollover was reported, but no injuries.

Dec. 27

A chrome bicycle was reported found in the zero hundred block of B Street.

Two tires were slashed on a vehicle and a car was keyed in the 400 block of North Third Street.
