Our beloved Tim entered this world on April 17, 1969. He left us for a much grander place on the evening of Dec. 2, 2009 due to a suspected brain aneurysm.
Tim was such an adventurous spirit, there were not too many thrills he would not seek. Tim spent many of his days on the waters fishing, one of his greatest passions. Between luck and skill if he put his pole in the water he was usually the first to get a bite.
Tim also enjoyed camping with his family, golfing with friends, playing poker, hunting, long rides on his motorcycle, raising his girls, reading, scuba diving, watching documentaries and cooking. Tim was known by all to have an outgoing nature and a mischievous sense of humor. Tim was a very likeable person and could easily make a new friend within minutes whenever and wherever he went.
Tim attended Cheney High School and graduated from Medical Lake High School in 1988. Tim was employed for many years with the state of Washington at Lakeland Village as a caregiver, and was also working part time as a mechanic with Reliant On Site Fleet Services.
Tim is survived by his two daughters, Alyssa and McKenzi Maple, his parents Carlan and Judith Maple, grandfather Allen Wallace, sister and brother in law Carlotta and Bryon Goforth, nephew and niece Logan and Hannah Goforth, mother Melody McBride, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and way too many lifelong friends to count.
Our dearest Tim, you will be in our hearts forever. You will always be loved and greatly missed. Our sorrow is deep but we are comforted knowing you are upon bluer waters casting a line. May the wind always be at your back and the sun shining on your beautiful face. We love you Tim!!!
A funeral service was held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9 at Cheney Funeral Chapel. Burial was held at Spokane Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
