Kira's Christmas

The Cheney Care Center Foundation gave the Cheney Police Department's canine unit an early Christmas present. Canine officer Kira got a new, heated doghouse and kennel with the funds, along with a matching donation from Tuff Shed of Spokane. Officer Zeb Campbell accepts a $1,000 check from Carol Hartman, secretary of the Cheney Care Center board of directors.
