CHENEY

Nov. 23

Harassment was reported in the 2200 block of First Street. An investigation is pending.

Naomi N. Johnson-Moore, 20, was arrested in the 100 block of West Third Street for fourth degree domestic violence-related assault.

Nov. 24

A house was egged in the 800 block of Villard Street.

Christopher R. Holcomb, 36, and Richard J. Dorn, 46, were both arrested for fourth degree domestic violence-related assault in the 200 block of West Second Street.

Malicious mischief occurred in the 200 block of C Street; a rock was thrown through the window of a building.

A medical injury/sudden death occurred in the zero hundred block of Washington Court.

Nov. 25

Abre K. Blake, 18, as arrested for fourth degree assault in the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.

The theft of foot cream occurred in the 100 block of West First Street.

Second degree theft occurred in the 300 block of First Street. Several tree-base lights in the downtown core were pulled out and taken.

Nov. 26

Two were arrested in a domestic violence incident in the 300 block of Erie Street. Shirley B. Ackerman, 42, and Christina R. Victor, 20, were both arrested for fourth degree domestic violence-related assault.

Nov. 27

An attempted suicide was reported in the 200 block of North Eleventh Street. The subject was voluntarily committed.

Theft of a stereo faceplate from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Third Street was reported.

Nov. 28

Joshua D. Bewick, 19, was arrested for second degree domestic violence-related assault in the 600 block of Second Street.

Residential burglary was reported in the 3200 block of Meadow Glen Lane.

A reader board was damaged in the 1300 block of First Street.

AIRWAY HEIGHTS

Nov. 23

Officers investigated a 911 hang-up call in the area of 10th Avenue and Beeman Street. They were unable to locate any problem.

Police were advised of a reckless driver in the area of Sunset Highway and Hayden Road. The officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

Officers took a report of a wallet lost in the 12800 block of 14th Avenue.

Police were called to the area of 2011 South Craig Road for a complaint of loud music. The subjects were contacted and the music was turned down.

Robert L. Wise, 28, was arrested at Sunset Highway and Garfield Road for driving while license suspended third degree.

Robin D. Ward, 47, was arrested in the 100 block of North Hayford Road for trespass first degree.

Police investigated a report of an assault that occurred in the area of 12500 West Sunset Highway.

Nov. 24

Police were called to the area of 1900 South Lawson Street to investigate a dispute over custody of a young child.

Officers assisted Sheriff's Deputies with a domestic violence no contact order violation in the area of 15600 West Sunset Highway.

Police were called to the 13200 block of Sunset Highway to take a report of a theft of an 18 pack of beer.

A suspected Driving Under Influence was contacted by officers at Sunset Highway and Hayford Road.

Officers investigated an unwanted guest in the area of 12400 West Frank Street. The subject had left before officers arrived.

Sean M. Maney, 46, was arrested at Sprague Avenue and Hayford Road for DWLS third degree.

Nov. 25

Police contacted a reported reckless driver in the area of Sunset Highway and Craig Road.

Officers took a report of a theft of tools from a construction site in the area of 100 North Hayford Road.

Police assisted Sheriff's Deputies on a reported stabbing at Fairchild AFB which was investigated and found to be a suicide attempt.

Officers were called to the area of 10th Avenue and Russell Street for a traffic hazard. Someone had dropped a television set in the street.

Nov. 26

A report of an assault in the 1100 block of Lundstrom Street was investigated by officers.

Police assisted Spokane Tribal Police by booking Kenneth J. Kirk, 38, into Spokane County Jail on a Spokane District court warrant for DUI.

Officers investigated a report of a possible burglary in progress in the area of 1900 South Mintle Street. A subject was contacted who had the owner's permission to be on the premises.

Police assisted WSP by checking westbound Sunset Highway from Hayford Road for a reported DUI. There was nothing found.

Officers assisted Kalispel Tribal Police with a warrant service in the 100 block of North Hayford Road.

Police responded to the area of 1800 South Lawson Street to investigate a domestic dispute.

Officers attempted to serve a warrant on a subject in the area of 100 North Hayford Road. The subject was transported to hospital for a medical condition instead.

Police contacted a subject sleeping in the bus shelter in the area of 100 North Hayford Road.

Nov. 27

Police responded to the area of 13900 West Sunset Highway for a commercial alarm. The call was cancelled when the correct code was entered.

Officers investigated a report of a possible violation of a domestic violence no contact order in the area of 12200 West 10th Avenue. The suspect was contacted and had not left the house all day.

Police responded to investigate a noise complaint in the area of 500 South Joslin Place. After several attempts the owner of the residence was contacted.

A report of a possible DUI was investigated in the area of 100 North Hayford Road.

Officers assisted a motorist broken down in the turn lane of Sunset Highway and Hayford Road.

Police responded to the area of 13800 West 12th Avenue to take a juvenile runaway report.

Nov. 28

Elizabeth A. Campbell, 29, was arrested for DWLS third degree in the area of Sunset Highway and Garfield Road.

Officers responded to the area of 12500 West Frank Street to take a report of a theft.

Police investigated a report of two suspicious vehicles parked in the area of 12th Avenue and Garfield Road.

Officers contacted two subjects in the skate park after it was closed.

Police assisted Sheriff's Deputies on an argument call in the area of 25th Avenue and Assembly.

Officers responded to the area of 12600 West 8th Avenue regarding a suspicious person knocking on the door several times throughout the night.

Police investigated a report of domestic violence in the area of 1600 South Russell Street.

Nov. 29

Diane M. Rhoads, 30, was arrested at McFarlane Road and Lawson Street for DWLS third degree.
