Soccer Hawks virtually perfect in GNL victories over Pullman and Medical Lake

Wins keep Cheney atop the Great Northern League

If soccer has the baseball equivalent of a perfect game, the Cheney girls' team pitched two pretty close examples last week.

The Blackhawks allowed Medical Lake no shots on goal in their 6-0 win on the road last Tuesday. Thursday at home against Pullman the Hawks dominated and controlled the Great Northern League's third place team for a 3-0 win, their eighth straight and sixth shutout of the season.
