The jury's still out on whether Eastern Washington University will have an NCAA penalty that bans them from post-season play in 2009 lifted.
But while Eastern waits to see if their case for a reversal of sanctions is granted, the university and the Spokane Regional Sports Commission (SRSC) are teaming to see if they can bring the 2011 through 2013 Football Championship Subdivision title game to the area.
