Third-degree theft was reported on the 400 block of North Sixth Street when prescription drugs were taken from a residence.
A black bicycle was found on the 1400 block of Fourth Street.
A non-force rape was reported on the 300 block of F Street. Charges are pending investigation.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 300 block of Fourth-Street when piping materials were taken.
Earnest Stevens, 27, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Second Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).
May 30
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the zero hundred block of Columbia Street. The situation is believed to be a tenant/landlord dispute.
Domestic violence was reported on the 100 block of Holladay Drive. Dispute was verbal only.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street when two blue bicycles were taken.
Third-degree theft was reported at the Cheney Police Department when a cell phone was taken from a building.
Robert L. Barksdale, 28, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Columbia Street for intimidating a witness stemming from a burglary and theft arrest he was involved in on May 24.
A purple Dodge Caravan was impounded from the 500 block of First Street because it was obstructing Mayfest set up.
Ryan M. Smith, 26, was arrested on the 1100 block of First Street for third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence and interfering with reporting a domestic violence.
John W. Mojica, 19, and Katherina P. Mencias, 19 were both arrested on the 100 block of Fourth Street for inviting a minor to enter an establishment where liquor is sold, sale of liquor without a license, being in a public place where a liquor license is required and furnishing liquor to a minor. A driver's license was found on the 900 block of Betz Road.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 2400 block of First Street when a folding camping table was taken from a residence.
Third-degree theft was reported at Cheney High School when a Zune was taken.
A hit-and-run (unattended) was reported at Cheney High School.
A 14-year-old male and a 16-year-old female were arrested on the zero hundred block of West Third Street as juvenile runaways from Spokane.
May 28
Second-degree theft was reported at Fish Lake. The report was taken as a courtesy.
First-degree theft was reported at the Cheney Police Department when unauthorized use of a credit card was discovered.
Taking a motor vehicle without owner's permission was reported on the 1500 block of Third Street when a 2000 Ford Explorer was taken.
Second-degree theft was reported at Cheney High School when a credit card and an iPod were taken from a vehicle.
Neil J. Didier, 21, was arrested on the 2200 block of First Street for third-degree DWLS.
May 27
Aaron J. Jacobs, 18, was arrested at Safeway for third-degree theft/ shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia. Also arrested were three 17-year-old males and a 16-year-old male, all for MIP.
Second-degree malicious mischief was reported at Cheney High School when a vehicle was keyed.
Community Mental Health requested assistance for transport.
A two-car, hit-and-run (unattended) collision was reported on the 100 block of G Street.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 300 block of North Eighth Street when currency was taken from a residence.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of F Street when a silver bicycle was taken.
A 14-year-old male was reported at the Cheney Police Department as a runaway.
Chang-Peng Wang, 28, was arrested on the 800 block of West First Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
Christopher J. Holcomb, 36, was arrested at Cheney Municipal Court on a local warrant for failure to appear stemming from a fourth-degree assault arrest.
A two-car, non-injury collision was reported on the zero hundred block of North Sixth Street.

A vicious animal was reported on the 400 block of Annie Place when a mixed breed dog attacked and bit a person.
An attempted suicide was reported on the 800 block of Salnave Road. Subject was involuntarily committed to Sacred Heart Medical Center.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1300 block of Third Street when the window of a vehicle was broken.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane when a vehicle was damaged.
