Willie C. Ritchie, 25, and Robert L. Barksdale, 28, were both arrested on the zero hundred block of Columbia Street for residential burglary, second-degree theft, and second-degree malicious mischief. Also arrested were Shawna R. Andrews, 28, for possession of stolen property and Kayla R. Shore, 20, for possession of a controlled substance, (marijuana), possession of stolen property and minor in possession (MIP).
Gabriel S. Potter, 37, was arrested on the zero hundred block of First Street for driving under the influence (DUI).
May 23
Third-degree theft was reported on the 700 block of West First Street when an orange bicycle was taken.
May 22
Dayton V. Payne, 18, along with a 17-year-old male and a 16 year-old male were all arrested on the 200 block of West Second Street for making false/misleading statements to a police officer in relation to an egg-throwing incident.
Residential burglary was reported on the 1800 block of Sixth Street. Gas cans were taken.
Rape by force was reported on the zero hundred block of B Street. The incident is currently under investigation.
Identity theft was reported on the 200 block of Lincoln Street.
Kasey A. Seguss, 21, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Columbia Street for theft and possession of stolen property. Matthew W. Maisano, 19, was also arrested for possession of stolen property. Rosa M. Delange, 30, and Dustin R. Brix, 28, were both arrested for possession of burglary tools.
Second-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of Columbia Street when a blue bicycle was stolen. The bike was later recovered.
An attempted suicide was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street. The subject was involuntarily committed to Sacred Heart Medical Center.
Richard M. Lewis, 35, was arrested on the 500 block of Betz Road for third-degree driving while license suspended. (DWLS).
Second-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of West Third Street when a red bicycle was stolen. The bike was later recovered.
May 21
Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 900 block of First Street.
Jeffery D. Miller, 20, was arrested on SR-904 and the east entry of the Cheney city limits for three warrants from Cheney Municipal Court.
Jasmine L. Hunter, 21, was arrested on the 800 block of First Street for third-degree DWLS.
Kevin A. Pippin, 26, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Columbia Street for possession of a controlled substance (synthetic, powered amphetamine).
A two-car, non-injury collision was reported on the 900 block of Second Street.
A vicious animal was reported on the zero hundred block of North Fifth Street. The incident was referred to the Spokane County Animal Control Officer.
May 20
Residential burglary was reported on the 900 block of Golden Hills Drive.
Second-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of West First Street when a statue was taken.
Vehicle prowling was reported on the 1300 block of First Street. Change was taken from the vehicle.
May 19
A 13-year-old male was arrested on the zero hundred block of Fifth Street for fourth-degree assault.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of North Eleventh Street when wallets video games and keys were taken from two vehicles.
Indecent liberties were reported on the 1500 block of Ridgeview Drive.
Financial fraud was reported on the 1200 block of Salnave Road.
May 18
Vehicle theft was reported on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway when a 2004 Honda 650 motorcycle was taken.
Possible child abuse/neglect was reported on the 800 block of West First Street.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of Second Street when identification and a sub-woofer were taken from a vehicle.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of West Third Street when a wallet was taken from a vehicle.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of West Third Street when a wallet and high-priced sunglasses were taken from a vehicle.

May 24
Received information of a possible theft in the 300 block of East Lake Street.
An officer responded to the 700 block of South Pine Street on the report of an assault.
May 22
Received a report of an audible commercial alarm in the 200 block of East Barker Street.
Responded to a one vehicle, non-injury accident in the 6800 block of South Brooks Road.
May 21
Officers were advised of a possible domestic violence occurrence in the 300 block of East Barker Street. Lori J. Schulz, 45, of Medical Lake was arrested fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
An officer responded to the 300 block of East Fellows Street on the report of an argument. Christopher D. Wainscott, 28, of Spokane Valley was arrested for fourth-degree/domestic violence.
An officer was dispatched to a possible domestic violence situation in the 600 block of North Martin Street.
May 20
Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of East Percival Street on the report of a residential burglary.
Officers responded to the 100 block of East Barker Street on the report of a domestic violence. Jesse N. Fett, 37, of Medical Lake was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and interfering with the reporting of a domestic violence.
Received a report of an alarm in the 200 block of East SR-902.
Received a complaint via telephone of excessive noise in the 300 block of East Barker Street.
May 19
An officer initiated a traffic stop in the 1000 block of West Lake Street.
John E. Alderson, 38, of Ford, Wash., was arrested for third-degree DWLS.
Received a report of an identity theft.
May 18
Officers received a possible sexual misconduct referral, occurring in the 200 block of South Prentis Street.
A malicious mischief was reported from the 100 block of West Third Street.
Received a report of a train derailment near SR-902 and Graham Road.
