The name Joe Tortorelli has been used around Cheney for the last few years, but there are some who do not know him or what he does for Cheney. The answer is: A lot.

Tortorelli is Cheney’s economic development consultant. For the last eight years. He dedicates his time to attracting new businesses to Cheney, developing partnerships with Eastern Washington University and helping lay the ground work for some of Cheney’s biggest and newest businesses.
