A report was made at the Cheney Assisted Living facility that one resident had pushed another.
A two-car, non-injury collision was reported on the 200 block of Fourth Street.
A one-car, Hit-and-run of an unoccupied vehicle was reported on the zero hundred block of Sixth Street.

An abandoned vehicle was reported on the 400 block of B Street. A 1993 White Ford Explorer was impounded.
Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 400 block of First Street. No charges were filed.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 700 block of West First Street. The incident started as a domestic violence but turned out to be a verbal dispute.
An abandoned vehicle was reported on the 900 block of Fifth Street. A 1991 green Honda Accord was impounded.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 300 block of Betz Road when some security lights were damaged.
Michael S. Lee, 21, and Nathaniel R. Conklin, 22, were both arrested on the 200 block of Alki Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of Betz Road when cash was taken from a residence.
An identification was found at Ben Franklin.
Charlene A. Patenaude, 24, was arrested on the zero hundred block of First Street for third-degree driving while license suspended.

Second-degree theft was reported on the 900 block of Oakland Street when a compound bow and related equipment were taken from a vehicle.
First-degree theft was reported on the 800 block of West First Street when a backpack, guitar and a laptop were taken from a vehicle.
A multi-colored bicycle was found on the 400 block of North Fourth Street.
A 2-year-old child left a residence on the 600 block of Elm Street. The child was located and returned home.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 800 block of West First Street when a car stereo was taken.
A two-car collision with minor injuries was reported on the 2700 block of North Sixth Street.

Second-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of Elm Street when a camera and an iPod were taken from a residence.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 1100 block of Third Street when a laptop was taken from a residence.
Second-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 200 block of Alki Street when the front door of a residence was damaged. No entry was gained. Investigation continues.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 700 block of Fifth Street when a man was discovered wearing a ”no parking” sign taped to his body.
Albert M. Khandzhayan, 20, was arrested on the 500 block of Irene Place for first-degree assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and minor in possession (MIP) stemming from a fight in Four Lakes.
Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 200 block of North 11th Street in relation to a first-degree assault arrest stemming from a fight in Four Lakes. Subject was exceptionally cleared.
A two-car, non-injury collision was reported on the 700 block of West First Street.

Third-degree theft was reported at Cheney Trading Company when four bags of fireplace pellets were taken.
Misty L. Gorum, 29, was arrested on the 100 hundred block of F Street for prescription forgery.

Jared C. Jongsma, 22, was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI).
Derrik A. Schluter, 22, was arrested on the 300 block of First Street for fourth-degree assault.
Leah A. Huotari, 19, was arrested at Cheney Trading Company for DUI.
Trespassing was reported on the 100 block of Second Street.
Travis E. Dahlin, 20, was arrested on the 200 block of Second Street for MIP.

John D. Loofburrow, 20, was arrested at Brewster Hall for MIP.
Third-degree theft was reported at Cheney High School when an iPod was taken.
An identification was found on the 400 block of First Street.
A two-car, non-injury collision was reported on the 100 block of West First Street.
Oct. 30
Violation of a court order was reported at Cheney Trading Company. The incident was forwarded to the prosecuting attorney for review.

Nov. 6
Officers assisted Spokane County Sheriff deputies on a commercial alarm in the 3700 block of South Grove Road.
A report of a possible burglary was received in the 12700 block of West 12th Avenue. The owner returned home to find the front door open. Officers searched the house. There was no evidence of forced entry.
Police responded to a domestic argument in the 1800 block of South Lawson Street.
Officers responded to the 1500 block of South Hayden Road to investigate a report of a light flickering in an abandoned house. It turned out to be a small structure fire. Airway Heights Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire.
Anette L. McCoy, 30, was arrested for third-degree DWLS at Sunset Highway and Garfield Road.
Officers investigated a commercial alarm in the 12800 block of Sunset Highway. It was found to be an employee error.
A domestic dispute was reported in the 12500 block of Sunset Highway. Officers investigated and found no assault had occurred.
Spokane County Sheriff deputies requested officers to assist on a domestic violence call in the 1600 block of South Lewis.
Officers assisted Spokane County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) on an attempt to locate a call in the area of 2000 South Craig Road.
Police responded to the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for a cab running unattended. The driver was contacted and everything was OK.
Officers assisted SCSO in the 1600 block of South Lewis on serving a felony warrant.
A domestic dispute was investigated by officers at 12400 block of West Tower.
Nov. 5
Police responded to 8th Avenue and Easy Street on a noise complaint. The music was turned down.
An alarm in the 2200 block of Garfield Road was investigated by officers.
A report of an unauthorized person parking in a disabled parking space was investigated by officers. The driver was contacted and had forgotten to put a permit in the window.
A suspicious vehicle parked at 21st Avenue and Lundstrom was investigated by officers. The driver was walking his dogs.
James P. White, 30, was arrested in the 12800 block of West 14th Avenue for third-degree theft – shoplifting.
A juvenile was arrested for third-degree theft – shoplifting in the 12800 block of West 14th Avenue.
Officers assisted SCSO by investigating a report of a domestic dispute at Highway 2 and Fairview Heights Road.
Nov. 4
A 911 hang-up call was investigated in the 12600 block of West 13th Avenue by officers. The homeowner said they did not call 911, but there is a problem with phone service.
Officers assisted SCSO at the 10500 block of West Aero on a suspicious male. He was contacted and trespassed from the property.
A burglary was reported in the 2800 block of South Hayford Road. Some tools were stolen.
Police responded to an alarm in the 12500 block of West 4th Avenue. Home was checked and found secure.
Officers contacted the parents of two juvenile males pretending to jump into traffic on Sunset Highway.
A traffic collision at Sunset Highway and South Garfield Road was investigated by officers.
A man called from the 12500 block of West Frank Avenue regarding a dog he found at 12800 block of West 14th Avenue. The dog was returned to the owner.
Officers assisted a female motorist that ran out of gas at Sunset Highway and Lyons Road.
An intoxicated female was contacted by officers at Sunset Highway and Craig Road. She was given a ride home.
Nov. 3
Police were called to the 1900 block of South Mintle Street for a burglary report.
Officers assisted Washington State Patrol on a traffic stop at Sunset Highway and Garfield Road.
A woman reported an unwanted guest beating on her door in the 12800 block of West 19th Avenue. Officers responded.
SCSO requested officers check on a traffic hazard at Highway 2 and Rambo Road.
Two vehicles were reported prowled in the 13200 block of Sunset Highway. The windows were broken and stereos stolen from both cars.
Officers were requested to remove glass from the roadway at Hayford and Electric by SCSO.
Police were requested to check for a possible prowler in the 1800 block of South Pogue.
