Oct. 17

Zachary W. Blount, 34, was arrested on the 100 block of West Fifth Street.

Oct. 16

Harassment was reported on the 3300 block of Thistle Creek Road.

Second-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 300 block of North Third Street, decorative lights, a sunbulb and a fountain were damaged.

Investigation continues after a stolen Smith and Wesson .45 caliber pistol was recovered on the zero hundred block of West Second Street.

Residential burglary was reported on the 300 block of Nolan Brown Place. Currency was taken.

No charges were filed as an incident of false reporting was discovered on the 1600 block of Fifth Street.

Oct. 15

A 14-year-old male was reported as a runaway. The youth returned home.

A civil problem was reported as a courtesy for the Bothel Police Department.

Harassment was reported on the 100 block of Whispering Oak.

Domestic violence was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane. Dispute was verbal only.

Oct. 14

A four-car collision resulted in Yaly Diouf, 21, being arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) on the 2400 block of University Lane.

Hit-and-run unattended vehicle was reported on the 400 block of First Street.

Oct. 13

Montana L. Sanchee, 22, was arrested on the 200 block of Betz Road for violation of a court order (no contact).

An agency request was made at the Cheney Police Department by Spokane County Sheriff's Office over an identity theft.

A 15-year-old male was arrested on the 1700 block of Fifth Street for second-degree assault.

Second-degree theft was reported at Cheney High School. An iPod was stolen.

Domestic violence was reported on the 100 block of West First Street. Dispute was verbal only.

A two-car collision with minor injuries was reported on the 1200 block of West First Street.

Oct. 12

Domestic violence was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street. Dispute was verbal only.

Anthony L. Fields, 21, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).

Second-degree theft was reported at the Wild Bill's Longhorn Bar when a wallet with identification was taken.

Oct. 11

Robert A. Conn, 32, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), obstructing a police officer and fourth-degree assault. Jason H. Anderson, 37, was also arrested for fourth-degree assault.

Domestic violence was reported on the zero hundred block of Sixth Street. Dispute was verbal only.

Joshua R. Wing, 22, was arrested at Woodward Stadium on a warrant from Spokane stemming from a third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).

Third-degree theft was reported on the 1800 block of Seventh Street. A lawn chair was taken.

Nora A. Vralstad, 19, was arrested on the 900 block of Fifth Street for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 10

An agency assist was request by Eastern Washington University Police Department on the 1100 block of Elm Street. Michael S. Magourn, 22, was arrested on a no-bail felony warrant from Clark County.

Third-degree theft was reported at the EWU Sports and Recreation Building. A political sign was taken.

Domestic violence was reported on the 300 block of North Third Street. Dispute was verbal only.

Eskedar D. Angaw, 22, was arrested on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Third-degree theft was reported at the Taj. A bottle of Nyquil was taken.

A two-car, non-injury collision was reported on the 300 block of Fifth Street.

Oct. 19

Officers investigated a burglary reported in the 13300 block of West 12th Avenue.

Robin J. Anderson, 22, was arrested at Highway 2 and Lawson for third-degree DWLS.

Helen E. Garlinghouse, 27, was arrested for third-degree DWLS at Highway 2 and Hayford Road.

Fernando Garcia Lorenzo, 23, was arrested at West 6th Avenue and Lundstrom for second-degree DWLS.

Police assisted Spokane County Sheriff Deputies in the 3700 block of Geiger Boulevard on an assault and Highway 2 and Hayford Road on a traffic stop.

Officers served civil papers in the 700 block of South Beeman Street.

Property found in the 700 block of Ziegler was released to the owner when it was identified.

Police were asked to check the welfare of a resident in the area of 1400 South Albert. Everything was OK.

Suspicious circumstances were investigated by officers at 15th and Lawson.

Oct. 18

Police contacted the owner of a vehicle illegally parked at 14th Avenue and Market Street to remove the vehicle.

Officers were contacted regarding a civil matter at 1900 block of South Garfield.

Police assisted Spokane County Sheriff Deputies in the 11800 block of West Deno on an argument.

An argument at the 1800 block of South Lawson was investigated by officers.

A woman reported her wallet missing in the 13300 block of West Sunset Highway Someone has been using her credit card.

Officers responded to a commercial alarm in the 13300 block of Sunset Highway.

Jessica L. Galpin, 27, was arrested at Frank and Campbell Street for third-degree DWLS.

Robert N. Endinger, 28, was arrested for third-degree DWLS at Highway 2 and Hayden Road.

Police assisted Spokane County deputies at Craig and Deno Roads on a driving under the influence accident.

Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot at the 11900 block of South Garfield.

Johnathan M. Buzzard, 20, was arrested at Highway 2 and South Garfield Road for second-degree DWLS.

Oct. 17

Police were called to the 12500 block of West Frank Street for a suspicious loud bang and power flicker.

Officers responded to the 1900 block of South Mintle Street on a medical call.

Police were called to the 800 block of Ziegler Street on a fight.

A commercial alarm was investigated by officers at the 12200 block of Sunset Highway.

A burglary report was taken by officers in the 13500 block of West 6th Avenue.

Police responded to a report of an argument in the 1900 block of South Mintle Street.

Officers responded to the 100 block of South Hayford Road on the report of a theft suspect in the business.

A juvenile was arrested for fourth-degree assault at the 13300 block of West 12th Avenue.

Julie A. Wideman, 38, was booked into jail on the charge of fourth-degree assault in the 12900 block of West 12th Avenue.

Anthony G. Grogan, 20, was booked into Spokane County Jail on a misdemeanor warrant for theft at the 12900 block of West 12th Avenue.

Police investigated a report of domestic violence at the 1700 block of Lawson Street.

Officers were called to the 1000 block of South Campbell Street for a juvenile fight. The parents were contacted, no charges filed.

A possible burglary was investigated by officers in the 13900 block of West 12th Avenue.

Police assisted Spokane County deputies on an alarm in the area of 6100 South Hayford road.

Officers attempted to locate a white van reported to be driving recklessly in the area of Highway 2 and Garfield Road.

Police assisted Medical Lake Police Department on a trouble unknown call at Clear Lake and Salnave Roads.

Oct. 16

Officers contacted a male in the area of 2000 block of South Craig Road who was reported to be going to drive while intoxicated. He decided to walk.

Police assisted Medical Lake Police Department on an alarm at Medical Lake Elementary School.

Jon P.D. Bos, 29, was arrested for third-degree DWLS at Highway 2 and Ziegler Street.

Anthony J. Rosensteel, 44, was arrested at Sprague and Hayford for third-degree DWLS.

Officers assisted a U.S. Marshal looking for the subject of a warrant in the area of 12800 block of West 13th Avenue.

Police investigated a school bus at Russell and Sunset Highway with a sign that read “help us.”

Travis J. Dixon, 25, was arrested for third-degree DWLS at Highway 2 and Garfield Road.

Officers investigated a Child Protective Services referral in the 2000 block of South Craig Road.

Oct. 15

Two juvenile males were contacted shooting BB guns safely in the area of 12800 West Highway 2. They were advised they cannot shoot them in the city limits.

Officers assisted Spokane County deputies on a possible burglary in progress in the area of 10600 West Electric Road.

Police investigated an alarm in the 1600 block of Garfield Road.

William C. Hutton, 24, was booked into jail for two counts of first-degree assault, obstructing, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).

Oct. 14

Officers assisted Washington State Patrol on an occupied stolen vehicle on I-90.

Police assisted Spokane County deputies at Highway 2 and Garfield Road on a DUI reported for SR-902 and Graham.

Officers responded to a report of shoplifters from Wal-Mart at 10th and Russell Street.

Joshua M. Warren, 20, was booked on a warrant from Airway Heights Municipal Court for vehicle prowling. He was also cited for minor in possession of alcohol.

Christopher A. Landis, 20, was arrested for third-degree shoplifting and minor in possession of alcohol at 1221 South Hayford Road.

Jake R. Long, 18, was arrested at 1221 South Hayford Road for third-degree theft for shoplifting, and minor in possession of alcohol.

Anthony A. Kistenmacher, 30, was arrested at Highway 2 and Craig Road for no valid operator's license without identification.

Officers assisted Medical Lake Police Department on a stop on a stolen vehicle at Craig and Thorpe Roads.

Police assisted WSP at I-90 and Medical Lake with arresting three subjects.
