Department uses community policing to identify Cheney's ‘hot spots'

The Cheney police's Monthly Accountability Review (MAR) for June highlighted two burglary arrests, community policing identified “hot spots,” officer Justin Hobbs was recognized for his efforts after a burglary attempt and officers and phone calls continues to keep department dispatchers busy.
