They just don't make things the way they used to, do they?
We hear the old adage often, but cast the notion away, much like we do with items we buy these days that just don't stand the test of time and deliver.
It just takes something to push us to the tipping point, perhaps, to remind us that, indeed, products – and service – are just not the same today as they were 10, 20 or 30 years ago.
Not sure what it was that prompted this look at yet another wise old saying – caveat emptor – Latin for “buyer beware.”
