Taking a motor vehicle without owner's permission and domestic violence was reported on the 1900 block of First Street.
Scott A. Spears, 21, was arrested on the 700 block of B Street for DUI.
A two-car, non-injury collision was reported on the 800 block of Second Street.

Fourth-degree assault/domestic violence was reported on the 100 block of West Second Street. Incident has been forwarded to an attorney for review.
Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 100 block of North Ninth Street. No one wanted to press charges.
Monte R. Ford, 23, was arrested for DUI at First and H streets. He was later arrested at Cheney Police Department for second-degree malicious mischief, third-degree malicious mischief, and resisting arrest when he damaged a blood alcohol content machine.
Zachery H. Bowen, 20, was arrested on the 1000 block of Second Street for minor in possession (MIP).
Karl B. Baumgartner, 21, was arrested on the 300 block of First Street for third-degree malicious mischief when he broke a window

Troy D. Brigham, 22, was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief for damage he did during an attempted break-in.

Peter W. Fiess, 21, was arrested on the zero hundred block of West Second Street for possession of drug paraphernalia.
