EWU/Cheney S.C.O.P.E. program continues growth in members, duties

What started out with lackluster results has grown and continued to show positive results.

The Eastern Washington University/Cheney branch of the Sheriff's Community Oriented Policing Effort (S.C.O.P.E.) has been in Cheney since 1995. Unit president Terry Munro said the program has increased four-fold since 2000.
