Cheney community policing program profiles Officer Dave Bailey

Cheney police have another man on the job in the downtown area.

Officer Dave Bailey is assigned the northern part of downtown as part of the community policing program implemented by Cheney Police Department.

The area he is assigned is everything southeast of a boundary running from Third and A streets to the corner of North Second and Elm streets, up Seventh Street to Clay Street. Much of it encompasses the northern part of the downtown.
