Myers receives 60-day stay for appeal of violations at mobile home park

Embattled mobile home park owner Thomas Myers received a 60-day stay pending the appeal process of a 30-day sentence by Spokane County District Court Commissioner Brad Chinn stemming from a probation violation.

His decision is based on the civil infractions, which Chinn explains are violations like littering, jay-walking and parking tickets and like some of the zoning violations involved in the case.
