Rather than a traditional Christmas gift exchange this year, the staff at Cheney's Salnave Elementary School donated to Toys for Tots. Staff members drew names and then each person purchased a present to represent the person whose name they drew. Books, Teddy bears, games and other toys were exchanged at the staff Christmas party. Staff had the fun of giving presents to each other along with the satisfaction of donating to area children through the Toys for Tots program.
