Eastern Washington University recreation major Dennis Bigand, from Mantes-la-Jolie just outside Paris, France, spikes up the hair of 5-year-old Hunter Smith at the “Super Hero Rock Festival” held last Thursday at Cheney's Salnave Elementary School. Eastern students along with Cheney Recreation Department staff provide a variety of games and treats for all Cheney kids.
