Scouts food drive a success

Cheney's Cub and Boy Scout organizations recently completed their annual food drive. Boy Scout Troop and Cub Scout Pack 356, pictured above, together with Troop and Packs 318 and 381 collected 5,126 pounds of food for distribution to the Cheney Food Bank, more than 1,000 pounds than collected last year.

Cheney residents who may have been missed during collection may still take donations of food or cash to the Food Bank. The Scouts would like to thank all Cheney citizens for supporting their annual food drive.
