Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information that results in the capture of a fugitive whose criminal record spans more than a decade and includes convictions on theft, forgery, possession of stolen property, burglary, lewdness and traffic offenses.
Repeat Offender Dean Allen Bennett is currently wanted for possession of controlled substance, Sgt. Dave Reagan, Spokane County Sheriff's Office spokesman, said.
He had two bundles of methamphetamine in his pocket during his June arrest on a no-bail theft warrant.
Bennett is a 41-year-old white male who is living a transient lifestyle in Spokane. He is 5-foot-7 tall, weighs 160 pounds and has blonde hair and hazel eyes.
Persons with information regarding his whereabouts should call the Secret Witness Tip Line at 327-5111. Callers do not have to give their name to collect the cash reward, but should leave a code name or number with the operator.
Secret Witness is a civilian organization that pays cash rewards for information that solves Spokane-area crimes.
