The gates of hog heaven will open wide on Aug. 8 as the West Plains Community Fair makes its fifth annual appearance at the Cheney Rodeo Grounds. “I'm in hog heaven in ‘97” is the theme this year—hogs they'll have, along with horses, llamas, rabbits, dogs and steers.
