Two Eastern Washington University students have recently been accepted to the Peace Corps.
Tyler Keith Wasson, 22, the son of Donna and Vince Wasson of Spokane, Wash., and Michala Marie Golden, 23, the daughter of Kim and Sheryl Golden of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, will be departing for Bulgaria on Aug. 3 and 4.
Wasson will begin training as a business development Peace Corps Volunteer and Golden will begin training as a youth development Peace Corps Volunteer.
