FLEX student exchange program needs local families

Future Leaders Exchange Program, or FLEX, is a U.S. government-sponsored youth program aimed at promoting mutual understanding, common values and democratization.

In response to the collapse of the communist regime of the former Soviet Union in 1992 (now Eurasia), the U.S.
