Medical Lake police hosting Special Olympics Fun Run

On Saturday, July 21, Medical Lake Police Department will host its second annual Fun Run to benefit the Special Olympics of Washington, all proceeds going to support athletes in Medical Lake.

The Fun Run starts at 10 a.m. at Waterfront Park in Medical Lake. The run is approximately 3 miles around the Medical Lake trail.

Participants should arrive a half hour early to check in. Entry fee is $20, covers all fees including a short-sleeve T-shirt for participants. Registrations accepted now and on the day of the event.

There is a two-week delay for T-shirts for late registrations.
