Two injured in DUI rollover Monday

The driver of a pickup and his passenger were both injured in a rollover near Medical Lake on Monday night.

The incident occurred around 11 p.m. about four miles west of Medical Lake on Highway 902, according to Frank Sweet, spokesman for the Washington State Patrol.

Kevin J. Audett, a 23-year-old Medical Lake resident, was headed at a high rate of speed westbound on 902 when his 2000 Ford pickup left the roadway and rolled.

Sweet said Audett will be charged for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI). He was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center.

A 26-year-old passenger in the truck, Neil D. Rogergray of Spokane, was also injured, and was treated at Deaconess Medical Center.
