Sign up for Skyhawks Youth Summer Sports Camps through the Cheney Parks and Recreation Department has now begun. The following camps are available:
Soccer Camp
Session 1: ages 6-9 and ages 10-14, June 18 – June 22,
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Session 2: ages 6-9 and ages 10-14, Aug. 6 – Aug. 10, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Cost is $120 city resident, $122 non-city resident.
Basketball Camp
Ages 6-9 and ages 10-14, July 23 – July 27, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Cost is $120 city resident, $122 non-city resident.
Cheerleading Camp
Ages 6-10, Aug. 6 – Aug. 10 Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. –
Noon
Cost is $91 city resident, $93 non-city resident.
Mini-Hawk Multi-Sports Camp
Ages 4-7, July 30 – Aug 3, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. –
Noon
Cost is $91 city resident, $93 non-city resident.
Gather your friends, family and co-workers to form a team in M.A.C.'s (Medical Lake, Airway Heights and Cheney's) Adult Co-ed Softball League. All teams must be coed with a minimum of five females on the roster. Standard ASA rules apply with a few local modifications.
All games are double headers. Registration Deadline is July 3, with team fees $360. The league runs Sunday evenings, July 22 – Aug. 2. Go to http://www.leaguelineup.com/macadultsports for more information.
