    The Spokane Cannons got a wake-up call last week in an early round of the Area 3 American Legion district tournament pool play and it allowed them to quickly resharpen focus.     CHENEY – An Odessa-area cowboy was named All-Around Cowboy at the Cheney Rodeo. Caleb McMillan won the title and with it, $2,193 for his performance in bull riding, tie-down roping and steer wrestling. McMillan was the top bull rider, scoring 80.5 points atop Day Time Crime.     CHENEY – Now that the dust has cleared from the rodeo excitement, the results have been tallied. And only 0.19 seconds spanned first- to fifth-place. Two Cheney women took home first- and second-place in the barrel racing competition. Lindsey Ham took first with a time of 17.32 seconds, winning $2,421.
